Put my name down for a BLNR couple of months ago. Today I've received a message saying that there's one in stock and asked if I'm still interested, but has to buy an additional watch in order to get the BLNR. I was never informed of this when I put my name down on the waiting list. Not sure if this is sort of conduct is acceptable by Rolex, but Rolex HQ will hear about this.

Great experience, phoned for availability of Explorer that can be difficult to find. Answer "we have one put it aside", next day in and out in under 15 minutes what a great experience. Rex was very helpful as was a senior member also forget the name who explained the quick extension on the band. Will return for my daughters watch.

I would like to provide feedback on my recent experience at your store. I had the pleasure of purchasing my first Rolex from James Russo.

James was excellent in all regards. Firstly he was expecting me to ask for him and knew who I was immediately (including my name). I fly to Sydney often for work and could only fly to Melbourne to collect the watch on the day. James understood this and provided a quick and easy transaction however not without providing some excellent watch chat and when he heard I was interested in the green submariner he offered to bring one out for me to try on. A very special watch indeed!

The submariner I purchased is for my fathers 60th birthday which will be a very special milestone. Thank you for helping me purchase this watch in time for such an occasion.

I visited Rolex Boutique and looking for a particular Rolex watch but no idea at all what Model that suits to my budget.
