Shout out to Ivy Chang from Watches of Switzerland (WoS) Melbourne, who has been very professional, attentive, and amicable to deal with. On one busy Saturday, Ivy spent almost four hours with me finding the right timepiece to celebrate my milestone birthday and my recent career accomplishments. Ivy was very competent and knowledgeable about watches. She passionately shared her insights and history of the timepieces while I was trying them on my wrist. Although my favourite timepiece was not available at the time of the visit (and it was difficult to get), with her dedication and due-diligence, Ivy was able to secure the timepiece just in time for my birthday. Got my Tudor Black Bay 58 yesterday. Amazing experience.
Jess and Michael were a great help. Jess was able to arrange the watch before my birthday to collect on my birthday. On the day of collection Michael assisted a lot.
Both were a pleasure to deal with and were amazing.
And the boutique itself has a great luxurious vibe.
Will consider Watches of Switzerland for my next purchase as well. Highly recommended.

Rachel at Watches of Switzerland was very helpful in putting together the exact requirements I had for my latest Rolex Datejust. She was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me get my order in at a time where long wait lists, even for fairly standard watch combinations are now common. Very happy with my purchase. Will definitely return to Watches of Switzerland.

I had an appointment with Sophie on Friday and she was extremely helpful and allowed me to try on many of the new display watches now in store. She also followed up on my expression of interest for a DJ41 and I find WOS in the only Rolex AD where I feel like a have a genuine chance of receiving a piece.

I purchased my first ever time piece a Rolex datejust 36, I reached out via email requesting the exact time piece and within 24 hours I had a response from Rachel, the watch I was seeking they had just got within 2 hours before the email response on the same day! I then contacted her to clarify it was the exact watch and it was. I could not believe how lucky I was. From then on Rachel made the process so easy for myself to secure this beautiful time piece. Once I visited the store which was absolutely amazing, I was able to try on my new watch and have it sized correctly, I absolutely love it.
