After buying a few watches from Watches of Switzerland, I have come to the realisation that they aren't too interested in my business.

I bought a watch from their neighbour, a few weeks back, to whom I was a long standing customer, in the past.

A week later I received a follow up call, asking how I liked my watch. I never got this, from Watches of Switzerland.

I have been looking at a couple of watches, from JLC and Breitling. It doesn't seem like the store is too interested in selling, to me. No follow up about making a time to see the watch. I am not on any lists for hard to get brands.

Communication has been more on my part. Even had a staff member look at me through the door, without opening it. How nice.

The store has a nice selection of brands. Would be good to see more attention to customers, though.

Looks like its back to the Hour Glass.

Simply best shopping experience. Zachary made sure we felt comfortable and his excellence in customer service was noticed from very first contact. His approach was in such a way that we felt he treat us as part of his family or long time known friend.

Picked up my first professional watch today at Watches of Switzerland, it's a milestone for me so I want to leave a review here for those are looking to get into watches, this is the place for you to go!

Watch purchase is no longer only considered as a luxury purchase but also a great investment for lifetime. Watches of Switzerland team is always very honest on on every question regards any watch, they make sure I purchase the watch that I really wanted and I really liked, unlike other places pushing customers to buy the most expensive watch only for their sales goal. I was scared of getting into collecting watches in the beginning but after consulting with Zack in Watches of Switzerland, I feel comfortable in every watch purchase in my journey and I believe you will enjoy yours after visiting Watches of Switzerland.

Have dealt with two different sales people wanting to spend $20k on a watch. Was made to feel inferior and demoralised. Didn't even let us in the store the second time and was spoken to outside (nothing to do with COVID restrictions). Utterly disappointing!

What an amazing experience, David the watchmaker there is a world of knowledge and super helpful. The clean and service on my Breitling watch was brilliant and it looks a million dollars. The Rolex at crown would be my nearest store but I chose watches of Switzerland because of the amazing service I got from BLAIR. Hes down to earth and personable but most importantly, he cares about the customer experience. I've got one of the most amazing purchasing experiences which I would recommend to anyone. Blair is the best and I would buy anything off this guy.

I had been thinking about buying a new watch for a few months and bought a Cartier from Andrea in George Street, Sydney on Friday whilst on a weekend away. Andrea was great.
