Still waiting for correspondance on a Tudor watch I enquired about 2 years ago. Was told that I would get a phone call regarding the availability of the watch, but never got the said phone call. Got the same watch from one of your competitors as they were able to return to my request in a timely manner.

Blair was great to deal with at Watches of Switzerland. The particular watch i wanted was out of stock in Melbourne but Blair found one for me in Sydney and had it in their Melbourne store in a few days. The bracelet fitting only took a couple of minutes. All in all a nice experience. Thanks Blair
