Today on counter 9 lady was very rude. She didn't do what we needed and asked us to go get a typed letter not hand written. Which wasted alot of time. We did but we went to burwood vicroads. They did what we needed and didn't even ask for any typed or handwritten document. That woman needs to go to school to learn customer service skills.

I did my test with a Chinese lady who I had great difficulty understanding her accent and finally rejected to pass me. Don't get me wrong I love Asians but when you do a formal setting you need someone to understand clearly!

Amazingly efficient, way better than I was expecting from your standard government agency. Friendly and polite staff who knew what to do, with waiting time of less than 5min. They were able to assist with my license renewal queries and were very easy to deal with. Good to see from Vicroads. Thanks!

It is very subjective, right? In my case, I went in today Monday at around 930 to apply for a refund after I had cancelled my registration (already had all docs ready to submit). Few people in general which was great. Went in and the lady in the reception was friendly and sent me upstairs. Then Alex, funny dude very friendly and helpful helped me with the ticket and off I went to see Jade who revised my papers, very nice and helpful as well. She gave me the OK, did struggle a little bit with the system but she was conscious about it an apologised for the time taken. The whole thing about 10 minutes. So good job VicRoads:)

Worst experience, they unable to verify my original license after booking appointment for verification a month ago and waiting for it.
I have my verification letter and all docs to verify my license but they don’t want to see these documents as they saying they will verify on their own, took them 5 mins to verify it but unable to verify, saying it’s not original document and asked me to go to high commission to get verification letter and send email to us.
Not helpful at all and make worse for customer to go through long procedure of verifying from issuing authority and wasting the time.
* I am unable to drive in Victoria until they got confirmation from high commission of license verification, this takes 4-8 weeks, I unable to drive now, sadly I cannot do my job.
