Made registering my car very easy. Helped me fill out the forms whilst I tried to contain my tearaway toddler. A better than expected service!

Terrible customer service and manager’s behavior.
I paid for my test and in the day of exam they said that you haven’t paid. I showed the receipt of my payment and they said “ok, but you have to Pay transfer fee! ”
I really hope that I Vicroads consider this much negative reviews and takes action.

Friendly staff, but should be more organised. I booked a leaner test, I went here but have no idea what to do, lack of instruction.

Had a great experience here. The staff member giving out tickets was super friendly as well as the staff member at the counter. I managed to get a free park only a minute or so walk away from the centre. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes which was great for my RDO. If you work in the city, I recommend coming here during work hours rather than go to the Bundoora or Sunshine centres.

Went to this Centre to changeover my US learners permit. That asian staff is really rude. The way she talked to me was like talking to her debtor: "Hey, I'm talking to you! " "Do you understand what I'm talking? " I don't actually, cause her accent is hard to clarify. Never come to this center again after I take HPT next week.

Busy place, booked appointment to re-register my car. In and out in 25min very happy with the service from the guy at the front and staff I dealt with.

Went for my license renewal and couldn't believe how quick it was, in and out the door in about 5 minutes. Friendly staff.

Very nice and helpful staffs. Waiting time is considerably shorter than other VicRoads. Very efficient!

I wanted to thank david and rula (sorry if name is spelt wrong) for the wonderful service they gave today. They both went above and beyond, and honestly it was more appreciated then i could put into words. Great staff:) thank you so much

This particular Customer Service Centre is getting better but we would love to see something equivalent to the Exhibition Street location.

More natural lighting and Educational Content while waiting would be amazing.

Staff have become friendlier and some of the newer Licenced Testing Officers are fantastic. Keep up the great work.

What a sorry excuse for a business. Just typical of the careless attitude by government agencies. I had a booking for a registration appointment and the person at the counter was absolutely clueless.invest in training your employees for goodness sake!

Went to renew my license at lunchtime. Went in, took a ticket, chatted, paid and got my photo taken. Was out the door 5 mins later, and had great service from three different members of staff over that brief period.

I can’t find a thing to fault - spectacular service

No parking due to always packed, long waiting times, 1 toilet for the whole place unisex only. Not enough seating. Avoid this place at all costs go somewhere else or go online. Garbage garbage garbage. I loathe going to vicroads.

I was lodging a change of registration form and came late in the day, so I was expecting a long wait. To my surprise, there was no waiting at all and the service was extremely professional too. Great stuff guys, cheers

I was appointed to a elder for my appointment and god damn! This elder went ham on me because I asked too many basic questions about interstate vehicle. He told me the answers are all on VicRoad website. I do not have internet as I just moved in. I went to Telstra and bought 2GB plan for $15 just to write this review and it's god damn worth the buck.

I made a appointment on the phone. Approached the counter and was greeted with poor customer service. The rep mentioned that she doesn't know why I have a booking because it's not in the system. She mentioned how it didn't make sense multiple times instead on doing her job. I won't be returning to the location ever again.

Friendly and efficient. Was helped out at the upstairs sign in/queue ticket. Guy at the desk was friendly. Was in and out in less that 15mins.

A really pleasant surprise as often at big service centres you often have long wait times.

Last time I came to Vicroad in Carlton to convert my Korean Drivers licsense, They told me all I needed to do was book an appoinment. Now, after I spend over an hour to get to my appointment, they say I'm too young and need to take a test. IT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME A LOT OF TIME IF YOU TOLD ME THAT THE FIRST TIME! Not only do I have to wait in line to book again, I have to wait for a refund cheque in the mail as well. All this could have been avoided if a guy did his job properly and checked a number on my ID.
