I had been involved in an accident and was 40 minutes late to my appointment - The woman who greeted me was so rude and unsympathetic- saying if I was “5 minutes late” maybe they could squeeze me in. Was finally able to see someone after requesting to see the manager (had to ask multiple times? Wth?) thank god

I found your staff very helpful. From the guy at the entrances. The ladies were also helpful. The guy where I paid my payment was also good. I also told them that, I acknowledge their performance and they all are great. Kind regards Lee

I had my driving test today at Vicroads Carlton with Bhavik. Everything went very smoothly. He was very clear with his instructions and very helpful and systematic. Thank you Bhavik and thank you Vicroads for giving me the exemption to be able to conduct all the tests during this never ending lockdown.

I had my driving test on Thursday 26 August @ 10.30 am at Vicroads Carlton with Bhavik. I am a woman in her 50's and Bhavik treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel comfortable. He was very clear with his instructions and very helpful and systematic. Thank you Bhavik and thank you VicRoads for giving me the exemption to be able to sit my driving test during these times.

Today I was booked in to get a new rego on an interstate vehicle. Due to some traffic only 500 meters away from Vic roads Carlton I was late for my appointment but instead of being told to reschedule Bronwyn went to great lengths not to have me sent away to reschedule and then I was assisted by Patrick who performed the necessary inspection. I can only say that common sense prevailed and everything was handled perfectly. Thankyou for your assistance and efforts

Good covid measures being taken gr8 service from all staff from the staff out the front in the foyer 2 the people on the 3rd floor very helpful polite quick which was excellent nice and fast @2pm on Monday 10 out of 10 2day

Very well-organised. Polite security people. The counter lady on the other hand was rude. Asked her where the loo was, she looked at me like I asked her for a kidney.

Convenient location, great staff and COVID safe. Helped me to all that I needed without beaurocracy. Ample car parking, tram access just across the road.

I had a driving test with Bhavik - he’s an absolute legend! I was so nervous from failing my last license test (and he clearly could see I was struggling to remain composed). He was so kind to make me feel comfortable, even saying I should imagine driving him “as a friend”. I well and truly passed and had a very good experience under his test. Thank you Bhavik and please, do more of what you do best!

I had my drive test today and everything went smoothly. The LTO gave clear instructions throughout the test. The whole process was quick, efficient and hassle free. Well done!

As I walked in, it was busy and I thought "this is going to take forever". I was wrong! Fast and efficient. Surprisingly impressed!

The experience and serviice was good. Only if customer service agent was bit more friendly in her tone. Also bit more forth coming with the appropriate information would have been great.

I had my HPT done successfully yesterday. Vicroads Carlton office staffs are very polite from the check in entrance to HPT registers. Great job.

Website said I have to come in. No appointment. I would highly recommend getting an appointment or crutches, that seems to work too

All the staff members were nice and helpful. Did my driving test here for my Overseas License conversion and everything ran smoothly and on time. My assessor was Bhavik who was really supportive and encouraging throughout the whole test.

Helpful staff and was very straightforward did not have to wait long to book for an appointment.

I was served by Sam today regarding booking of my test and my partner. They guy went above and beyond to find the right dates and treating the situation like his own. Such an asset to vic roads. Other staff helping queue members were also very informative and friendly. I visited Burwood before which is nothing compared to this center. Keep it up Sam and rest vic roads staff.

I did my drive test at VicRoads Carlton yesterday to get my Ps and it was a really great experience. Everyone was very covid-safe and helpful upon arrival and my 8.50am appointment was right on time without any delay. The driving instructor was very professional and polite and made me feel comfortable and confident while being tested. I'd recommend this venue to others for their driving test.
