Pretty quick and friendly staff. Also, if you need passport sized photos, there is an office right next to it that does it on the spot.

Indians can get all their visa and passport related work done here. With ease and gud help provided by them at t they e next door. You can come walkin or with appointments.

Change your address atleast. You are confusing people on your old address. In this digital world, we have to co to your old centre and then find out the address changed an year ago, But no one bothered to update the address on the website. Extremely poor.

Everything is good except their staff need behaviour and attitude training. Some processes are slow and execution need to be agile. They have ofcourse made things easier that no one has to go to India but same time it's not straight forward and simple, whether you talk about website or in office. So it's advisable to study before you start. To ask few questions we had to consult Indian passport seva customer service and it helped. I would rate little less than 4.

People are pretty knowledgeable of the process. If all the documents are in the order. Should not take more then an hour. Prefer taking an appointment if visiting in afternoon. If walking in try coming early morning.

Had a good experience there. My visa was processed in less than a week. Processing fees are pricey and I was charged for a sms service even though I never received any sms but hey. The job was done quickly and that's all that matters.

The only source of getting anything done for India travel related stuff. Could be better organized though.

The procedures are very complicated online to understand what needs to be done. On top of that very unhelpful and non-polite staff. If this is your first appointment, be prepared to be turned away to get "all the documents correct"

Just like the Indian government, these guys are of no good use. They create problems for the people rather than helping them out.
Sometimes, it feels like you did a sin by being born as Indian.
I applied for a PCC and these guys have so many rules as if they are doing criminal investigation on you. I applied for Aus, NZ, UK PCC. Got them within days and so easy process.
One day, I hope to never bother these guys by getting rid of my Indian citizenship.

Too much wait. People sitting there dont have all the knowledge. Appointment was at 10 and got served at 10: 45. Talk too much. Other people were also complaining.

An amazingly sorted out and simple place to get the India sorted out. Just make sure you prepare your stuff with the checklists before you do approach the counter.
