The line is always busy. And what's surprising is that i read all these reviews online for more than two weeks now sharing this consistent complaint that the line is busy, but it doesn't seem like they have improved. The standard of Indian Embassy in Australia has really stooped to a new low.

Please update your skills - for almost everything. Website doesn't have proper updated information, Staff doesn't pick phone or in case they pick after trying 100s of times - the responses are useless, wrong or rude. The fee charged is higher than many countries yet the services are very bad. Up you game guys, this is not acceptable.

This has been the most frustrating bureaucratic experience.

I filled out my passport renewal form more than a month ago, but haven't been able to book an appointment (website says no bookings available) or call the centre (line is constantly busy). With covid restrictions I am not allowed into the building without proof of an appointment.

Meanwhile my parents in India renewed their passports within 3 days at the passport office. Maybe VFS could learn something from there?

I thought, it is only me, who is suffering from all these issues related to Your services. But after reading the reviews, I found how everyone is literally requesting for your contact details and help. I am very sad and disappointed to say that.
1) I been trying to call since 2 weeks, but call didn’t even connected for single time. There is no update on your website about it.
2) I have tried to book an appointment using online portal, but it was not really working before, and now it is showing no appointments available.
3) No direct email address is provided for the queries related to PCC.
4) postal services link is not working.
5) i have contacted through Twitter as well. No help received.

I would like to apply for PCC from India for my professional registration. This is the only medium where i can approach you.
I would like to make appointment in person as i am afraid sending documents through post, in case they lost. But if this is the only way to get it done, i will consider to post my documents along with application to PO 23057 Docklands victoria 3008. I would like to know, is it safe and how long it will take to get confirmation that you have received the documents.

I understand that due to covid 19- things are hard, but atleast attending a call or email will help people understand what is happening on your end.

This is my kind request to help sort this issue. Looking forward to hear from you

Can you please tell me how I can get in touch with you? I have called your number many times, however, it is always busy. I sent an application for a new passport by post, however, it's been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard anything. Additionally, when I try to track the application online, it says that my record cannot be found. Can you please assist? I have also sent the original passport with the post, so this is quite concerning. I do not have Facebook/Twitter so please don't ask me to contact you there. Thanks.

I applied for my son's evisa-tourist and received in 5 days. This visa is only valid for 30 days single entry, although your site shows that tourist visa will allow stay upto 90 days.
There are misleading information on your website. I went to you office and nobody was ready to listen to actual problem without appointment. Next appointment date is mid December which is too late.

I calling from 2 weeks 9am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. And I sent email last week I didn't hear any update. Worst worst service.

Phone number kya jhak maarne ke liye rakha hai? !
Website is also pathetic with incomplete information

Update: even now when I call your no, it just keeps beeping. Don't you have bloody courtesy to update your website or add some automated voice message on your no if some service is unavailable. This is completely irresponsible and unprofessional.

Hi, Have been trying to reach out to your Melbourne helpline which is busy always. I have tried at 9: 00 AM thru 3: 30 Pm and its always busy. Do you acknowledge walk-ins as your phones dont work.

Awesome Services, you might have to give a call everyday in order to get things sorted however you will achieve desired outcome if you don't give up. They are helpful.

There is no way to contact VFS. Have tried reaching them on phone, email, twitter and facebook. No respose so far, Have sent a passport for renewal, Aus post has delivered the application to them but so far there is no status updates for the application. This is how VFS works. Wish I had a 0 stars

Been trying to ring them from last 2 days, 50 times a day.seems something wrong with the phone, can t reach.and Their online APPOINTMENT BOOKING PAGE DOESN'T OPEN, 404 ERROR.if we cant speak with your customer service, cant book appointment.is that the service you provide to Aus.and Indian citizens? I am trying to apply my son's visa to india.he is AUS.citizen.
