I am trying to book an appointment for me and my wife to apply for OCI since last 7 days. I am all ready with the documents, just need to submit in person to make sure there is no back and forth post submission. We tried to book a slot for appointment through your online portal, but it tell no slots available. Also, no one picks the call on the given number and I am frustrated and stranded. This is the one of the most frustrating experience I have had with any organisation

How often VFS melbourne collects application from PO BOX, my application was delivered to POBox last week, and consulate has confirmed they havent received application yet.

I understand there is delays due to covid, but we have no option to call VFS number which is deadline or contact any person from VFS to track application status

Hi,
I have been waiting to get passport for a year old kid. I came in between to your office whenever it's open during the year. You only say is book an appointment through website but what's the point when appointments are not available through your website for a year. Secondly, you have phone number but i never understood what purpose it's for
I have completed my paperwork in your office a year ago and from then I'm waiting to book an appointment.

Please tell me how many years still I've to wait.

Please understand how it was to me all these days

Pathetic and horrible services in Melbourne. Feel ashamed to tell that Consular services are so bad. Why is the centre still closed when all other states are opened up. They don't deserve even one star!

Simply pathetic and frustrating.

After I added my details on the "Add New Applicant
" page within my account and chose the appointment date, got a blank confirmation page. So, no idea whether my appointment was confirmed. Completely useless website.

EDIT 1: they are such a HUGE rip off.they charged me so many additional fees in addition to OCI and passport surrender fee!
You have to pay for so called

ICWF fee - 4 AUD,
surrender certificate fee - 4.60 AUD,
service charges - 4.60 AUD,
courier fee - 19.95 AUD,
sms fee - 2 AUD PLUS
transaction fee - 11.26!

EDIT 2 - I realised after paying the fees that I would have had the option to say no to their "sms service" for which they charge 2 AUD, IF the madam at the counter had asked me for my choice. But she clearly wanted to rip me off.

Update: if VFS one and only no is not working and neither is consulate Melbourne answering phone, who is supposed to answer visa queries!

Update: You are a company that handles visa services for so many countries and the only way you are contactable is via Facebook and Twitter? How ridiculous is that! I am not on either of that. How else can I contact you? Your phone no isnt clearly working.

I posted my documents last week for PCC. I tried many times to call but line is always busy. I am not getting any responses of my mails. I have to submit my documents soon but I can't do nothing.

Hey guys.your website has been down since mid last week. May be even longer. My wife's passport is expiring this month and we're trying to either book an appointment or send the package but can't even find the address as I've been getting this error. Could you please at least list the important addresses in a more accessible place? Thank you.

Never answer this calls. Ended from 9am till 5pm. Terrible service. Can't even call to clarify issues. This website doesn't answer everything

Pathetic and abomination in the name of customer service. Their website is not user friendly it takes days to get a reply for simple thing. Their phone lines don't work and simply it is a bad customer experience. We trust this organization to send important documents like passport and they cant even maintain correct contact with the customer. A simple thing like police clearance is taking more than a month. The application status is showing the same thing since a month. Very very disappointing experience

I applied for my baby's fiirst minor passport by postal service 2 weeks back, up to now there is know update about my documents.

I have been trying to call the customer care but they are not responding and also I did not get any update about further steps, like should I have to send an application form that I have forgotten or they want to return all my application along with my documents.

I am very much worried because there was no response from your side and my documents is stuck with you and I am not receiving any update whether you need the document or you are sending it back.if you are sending back i have not received any tracking number of a particular courier.

Courier address i have sent my documents attested with Notary and other forms to the below address.

I urge you to please reslet me know you want me to send the Form OR you are sending my passport document's back with tracking details.

Vfs melbourne is the one of the poor system office in melbourne I ever seen in my life, I have sent my passport for pcc at vfs Global through express post to make work faster and it reached from Australia post to office on next business day and now it has been one week time and no body even acknowledged if they have open my dacuments.if I try to track it, it shows up it still at post office for collection.very dissapointed.

I would give zero to this website as their is no contact number working atm and no update on the website regarding that. I have been trying to contact them multiple times as I need to apply for OCI and just wondering what to do

Absolutely pathetically designed website where you never get any information correctly furthermore to upload photos and documents it’s very tricky and designed like 18th century.

Absolutely frustrating procedure to apply any sort of services

I have literally no clue where to send my PCC application. I live in Tasmania only information I get from VFS website is that I should send to VFS Melbourne. But there is no address given on the website. It says "By Post/ Courier- If you decide to send in your application by Post/ Courier click here for details on how to submit your application. " So, the "click here" hyperlink doesn't work. The phone line doesn't work. When I search online I can see the address of 'VFS Global - India Visa Application center' is that where i need to send my application? Can I use a MasterCard Debit card for the payment authorization? As I don't have a credit card at the moment. Please help.

Very bad experience.no answering of calls even if you stay there for entire day.its just recorded message which will keep on going and going.
