Not able to call at VFS office.
Line is busy all the time.
Did inquiry via email and got response with same website link where we are unable to get satisfactory answer.
Should we approach directly for each and every questions?
I think this is west of time for us and very dedicated team.

Please answer the calls. So hard to get into the queue first and then Waited for 20 mins and when my estimated time came down to 5 mins then again went to 20 mins. It continued to keep me for nearly 50 mins and then I finally disconnected myself. No clue, why the service is so bad, when we are ready to pay for the services. I just have one question, which was not clear on the website. Kindly work on improving the customer service. Thanks.

It has been nearly 3 weeks and I'm yet to receive a response from the VFS team yet whether my passport application has been received or not. Honestly this is so disappointing, no help or support from the team whatsoever, despite explaining numerous times that my visa is due to expire soon. There isn't even a number to call VFS Melbourne on, just goes straight to the oversees call center who aren't allowed to say a word to you either.

Pathetic!

There is no way you can get quick answers to any queries. Once you have submitted your application and passport, I got a mail saying my application is pending at the center, Application Centre Melbourne where it was sent due to incomplete documentation/requirements. For information about the same, please contact the Contact Centre between 09: 00 am and 03: 30 pm AEST all working days. Also, you can track your application by using the application reference number.

However, the tracking tool doesn't give information of what is the incomplete. It asks you to contact the Contact Centre between 09: 00am and 03: 30 pm AEST all working days.

When I call the contact center, it takes infinite time to get to someone. When I called multiple times, it first says the waiting time is 10 mins, after a while it says waiting time is 20 mins, and this keeps going on. Some times it has moved from waiting time 1 min to 15 mins. Just don't understand the logic.

Since you have no other choice, you are forced to wait for some one to talk to. I have waited for more than 45 mins to 1 hour at times. Why is it this way? For some reason I associate it to the pathetic service our government offices have.

Call center is an absolute waste. It had said waiting time as 7 minutes initially and it had increased to 20 minutes later. Even after 30 minutes waiting, no one had picked up the call.

It is very tough to get information which is not available on their website.

Worst outsourced service by Indian Government. If I had an option to give negative 10, I would do that.
No communication, just robots responding to my email. You guys should be sacked!

A completely pathetic group who cannot keep their booking website up and running. And when it is running, it does not let you reschedule an appointment.
When you contact them on email then you get a reply that try sending the application by post.
Their phone number is always always busy and seems they have one phone line servicing hunderds of people trying to reach out to them.
They are the only interface for the critical foreign affair functions in the country and such a disgraceful low standard I cannot imagine.
COVID is over now long ago and they still keep using that excuse towards their below standard performance.

I can engineer a Rocket easily and travel to Mars and back, rather than use VFS services for PCC & OCI
Very confusing website, Documents checklist is prepared with zero sense.
From my understanding, there are millions of IT engineers/resources from India and globally, please simplify things for common man understanding.

Smooth experience with the VFS staff.website on the contrary was shockingly useless.
Tip while applying online: save temp application number at the first instance.

I try to chase up my application online from the website, and I get 503 error from the site.

The online system basically has no available appointment the first day (30 days before departure) I try to book my appointment.
If this is the case, why not allow people to book the appointment 60 days before, or increase people in the office to process the application.

I am very disappointed about the overall experience of applying for tourist visa for Singapore.

THEY ARE HAVING A TELEPHONE, IT IS VERY HARD TO GET CONNECTED. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE FILLING AN ONLINE APPLICATION, IF YOU WANT TO CLARIFY ANYTHING, IT IS WORST WITH THEM

Processing is fast when it’s not busy. Your appointment makes no difference as everyone needs a ticket. Beware of the places just outside ready to rip you off. You can get your documents verified from a police station for free, but the agents over there will charge you heavily. They charge you for the signature and for the photocopy seperate ($1 per page). You can use your license as proof of address so don’t print an e-bill as proof of address needs to be notarised.

I applied my son’s passport in emergency and one of staff member who’s name is (Aditi) she filed the online form which have been wrong with father and mother’s name she put a father name on mother and monther name on father she didn’t even know the difference between singh and kaur that she also a Indian. She was too lazy on her Working time i didn’t do any mistake but instead of that I have to pay again the passport fee that really embarrassing. Poor service
