Their representative Paul very rude and not punctual at all. Every time I call him he is not attend the call. They took measurement for velvet curtains than next day when I been into office lady advice that they don't do velvet curtains. Which is very unprofessional one employee said something and other said something else. Than if u not happy with the price and decide not to go with them they show their actual personality with abusive language and rudeness. I never recommend these people to anyone.

We’ve just had plantation shutters installed and they look fantastic. Not only are we thrilled with the quality of finish but also very pleased with the professional service from the Blind factory. Other companies had said we would not be able to install shutters onto our French doors but the Blind factory team said it was no problem. From the minute they arrived to measure and quote we were put at ease by their efficiency and professionalism. They were able to suggest ways to ensure they highest possible standard of finish and the results are lovely- so much so we’re now considering putting them in our other rooms! Needed a spare part for blinds I bought years ago - friendly service, no problems and they arrived in the mail two days later! Great assistance and the blinds are still in perfect condition.

Six years ago bought narrow venetian blinds, including for large double doors. Measuring and quote/advice service excellent. Looked great. At three years we bought roller blinds and pelmets for the rest of the house. Roller blinds as good as you can get. Staff really pleasant. Great to deal with Aussie company.
Then about this time the largest of the venetian blinds had failed - just under-engineered for the size, rope/string guiding and clamping parts too weak. They fixed it under the 5 year guarantee. Now another two and a half years on, the operating hardware guiding the strings on two largest ones failed again in the same way. Even though replaced less than 5 years previously, and on their recommended design, they would not fix or replace free, though they did supply new ones (each divided into two narrower blinds) at reduced price. Disappointing that they did not accept that they had designed and supplied under engineered blinds.
If you get blinds from them: make sure any big ones are not under-engineered and get back with any failures as soon as possible.

I Did not authorise payment of blinds and they obviously keep your Credit card details on hand from deposit stage. They still haven't finished the work and installed all the blinds. Also, the rear of the blinds have finger prints all over them. Not happy.
