I purchased my plantation shutters from The Blind Factory what made me aware of them was when I was working from home and those amazing jingles on 3AW cheered me up during ISO so I gave them a ring the shutters are beautiful the fit is fantastic thank you to Donna in the office always professional and helpful and to Michael for being such a great fitter highly recommend The Blind Factory

The blinds factory simply didn't want my business. I went in for a quote, and even though I saw other people get there quote straight away the sales man told me he would email me one shortly then didn't. It was only a small job but business is business. I would suggest elsewhere, there are plenty of local traders with excellent service skills.

We are delighted with our internal blinds and appreciate the incredible customer service offered by TBF Bayswater.

You guys were great from the start to the end -the tradesmen were professional came on time and when i called to ask a question the ladies at reception were easy to talk to and answered all my questions -thanks for making our new home look great

I got my new blinds today and they are amazing. From the day George came out to quote to when Rob installed them the entire experience has been amazing. I highly recommend the blind Factory to anyone. Great quality and best value for money.

We ordered and had measurements taken for venetian blinds. They were installed by Robert yesterday who did a great job on the new blind installations He also fixed a problem I was having with an old blind. So thank you to all for great service

Had our old blinds replaced with rollers and blockouts by the guys from The Blind Factory last month and then just last weekend had the Shutters fitted to our front windows, we are so impressed and wrapped with the end result Great job guys big thanks

The Blind Factory were awesome with everything. They were the best priced I found as well as coming up with good quality. Very impressed with every step of our experience with Blind Factory - Michelle who measured up was professional, prompt and Prepared to negotiate price and arranged to have our blinds made up and held for us for several months on just a deposit - we were not asked to pay the final amount until AFTER installation (unlike the other companies policies which required all money paid BEFORE installation)
Josh our installer arrived when he said he would - was courteous and offered suggestions to change the way the blinds could be hung - he was tidy and prompt and very expert in his trade. Won’t use another blind company ever again - just straight back the blind factory!

I rang on Friday to arrange for a broken chain on my blind to be replaced. I received a call from Rob Noble that afternoon to make a time to replace the chain. Rob kindly agreed to come to my house to replace the chain on the Saturday.the following day and on the weekend! I was very happy with the customer service provided by Rob and The Blind Factory.
