We has shutters intalled. I was only going to do my living area and lounge. The Blind factory are so good and their product is so good Ive had them back to finnish the whole house.
Very easy to get an honest quote and a good price
Straight forward for installation. They are prompt at returning calls for enquiries, great customer service.
The product is good it looks good and is so easy to clean and stays looking clean. Im so happy with my shutters. The house is looking finnished and neat.
Recommend them 100%

Thank you so much for sending Emma Rodda to give me a quote. She is a delight, nothing was too much trouble for her. I was more than happy with the price. The Installer Hayden Rodda was a pleasure to have in the house. Thorough, professional and cleaned up at the end of the job.

I'm so happy with the service, communication and the end result from The Blind Factory. I phoned in to Brett when he was on 3AW to ask if he could assist me with obtaining some fabric (which had been discontinued) to match my existing window coverings. He said that he would try to help me and he did! I am sure it wasn't a simple task to get hold of that last roll of fabric so I am very appreciative of his efforts to do so. The new blinds match the existing ones perfectly. Thank you!

Great company, had blinds installed 4 years ago and very happy with them. One of the shade blinds came off the rails as it was pulled down too far. Called to report the issue and someone came out the next day (in the middle of covid) so was very grateful for the fantastic customer service.

We are so impressed with the service we received from Emma and Hayden from The Blind Factory! Emma first came to our place to do a measure and quote for sheer curtains throughout the house. We thought we knew what we wanted - however, after she carefully inspected our rooms, Emma gave us some fabulous advice on what would really suit our space. We are so glad we listened - because the result (and quality) was amazing. The quote was competitive and the turn around time was fast. When our curtains were ready, Hayden came three days later to install them with zero fuss! He was also great with our dogs! We would highly recommend these guys to anyone who wants to really transform their space.

We had Roller blinds and Plantation shutters installed. The workmanship of the product is very good. In addition we have lifetime warrenty, which others do not offer. The price was good for us who are pensioners. The measure, and manufacture was so perfect that the installer did not face any problems or issues.

Disgusting add on 3aw ridaculing a woman with a hump. In this add they are making fun of all suffering curvature of the spine. Dowergers Hump and many other spinal diseases.

Because of there constant and annoying ad I will never use them.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. They have no idea about service and don’t care about the customer or how they treat their customers. You will receive good service until the order is placed and that is where it ends. I experienced this twice with them so im pretty sure the first experience was not by coincidences.

The BEST! - that was 3 years ago.
Stay tuned for an update, as we were so happy last time - we're again using their services for our newest property. Peace of mind not having to shop around, compare and gamble we're making the right choice is a big winner. Will update with pics when all done. We have our appointment already booked with Dan.

We only went with this company because of their voucher offer - unfortunately we were 4 days late apparently. Ordered pre Christmas 2020 and told blinds would be installed by end January 2021. Measure and check done by Josh on 18/1/21, installation took place on 25/3/21. When I queried the time lag I was informed every customer was given the January timeline even though some customers had already been waiting longer than us. Blinds required a minor repair and thanks to Josh it was carried out efficiently. We do not recommend this company primarily due to their misleading timeline.

The blinds factory simply didn't want my business. I went in for a quote, and even though I saw other people get there quote straight away the sales man told me he would email me one shortly then didn't. It was only a small job but business is business. I would suggest elsewhere, there are plenty of local traders with excellent service skills.

Wow. The blind factory really delivered. 2 things stands out: professional customer service, and quality product. In terms of service, I was impressed by both Josh (measure & quote) and Robert (installation). They came on time and worked without fuss, and were very willing to accommodate our requests for customisation. The product is A+. Cannot fault. Being able to go to the showroom in Cremorne is also a nice bonus.

Great company to deal with. Kay came out and sent through a detailed quotation. Everything was explained to me by Kay so I understood what I was buying. Installation by Steve, extremely neat and he spent a lot of time explaining everything
to me. All my blinds work through the blind factory app which Steve kindly set up for me. Also works well with Alexa, so my blind system is fully automated. No need to do anything they come up automatically in the morning and close automatically at Sunset. All self-charging no ugly wires. Any help or assistance Steve the installer without hesitation came out to help me with my blinds anytime. Back up service is fantastic. I am very pleased.

Matt was great. He showed up on time and well communicated everything with us. Steve did a great job installing the blinds and curtains. It was a complicated situation. The company we hired to install the old ones are incompetent and did a terrible job installing the curtain rails. Steve fixed everything patiently and now everything is perfect. Can't thank these guys more. And you can trust them to do a great job!
