An exemplary service - I share my personal example. I had some plantation shutters to be installed which came out to be pure white original colour was booked as pearl white. I rang CustomerService and they fixed the whole problem in one phone call by replacing the shutters - nil charge- I am appreciative and thankful.keep up great service blind factory

This is the third time I have used the Blind Factory and am very happy to say that on every occasion I have been extremely impressed with the level of Customer Service as well as the products. From beginning with a call to your office for an appointment, where the lady who took my call was very pleasant and sounded happy to take call, I wasn’t made to feel that I was interrupting her day, to the free measure and quote from Matt who took the time to explain how the fitting of the blind would be done, (bit of a tricky fit) to fitter Steve who was on time and was well presented, neat and tidy, did a great job fitting and cleaned up after the job was finished.
Nothing has changed since my first encounter about 8 yrs ago with the Blind Factory, Iam happy to say

Very happy with my block out blinds. The true test is when summer comes round and I'll update this. Very helpful consult from Jess, took me a bit of time to decide but finally got there. The blinds make the rooms cleaner and more minimal which is what I was after. Sometimes the chain is a little rough pulling through the fitting for tension at the bottom, hopefully over time it becomes softer.

Gary, my installer was very helpful and friendly, great to deal with. I hope TBF maintain this level of customer service and quality.

The quality of the product is great! I suppose a good installer goes the extra miles. I noticed some of the blinds were rolled in a different direction, they look awkward and inconsistent after installation. Thanks to James and his team for rectifying this on the fly, now they all look fabulous!

The Blind Factory installed blinds and curtains at my new house and we are very happy with the result. From measurement to installation it could not have been easier. Our installer was Danny who was very professional and knew what he was doing. Overall a great experience and a very happy customer.

I can't speak highly enough of Jess, Steve & Brett at The Blind Factory. The service has been absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. Jess' advice on colours, fabrics, fittings and styles for the sheers and blinds was absolutely spot on and they look so beautiful and complement the rest of our interiors perfectly. The ordering process was super simple and the fitting service was efficient and high quality - the blinds all look great. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Sales Rep (Shane) was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He really knows his stuff. Installer (James) was friendly, professional and efficient. Arrived on-time and had our blinds installed quickly.

Mark came to measure for plantain shutters today 4/1/23. He was very polite all the time he was here. I was very relaxed with him being here. He knew his job and showed me allot of samples and this was not a bother for him. We even talked about we’re I was from and my soccer team. Like I said he makes you feel relaxed and all time he was very polite. Even texts to him have never been a bother. He always answers your questions or query. I would recommend Mark without a doubt. If you are looking for fantastic service, great quality products then Danusia at the blind factory is the women to go and see! She has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of deciding on what coverings to giving us options for a battery operated blind for a second story window to helping with choosing the colours that work with our room! Thank you so much we are absolutely wrapped with our blinds and curtains and would not recommend anywhere else! The price was also very reasonable for the great quality of the products.

Whole process is made extremely easy, all I did was answer some phone calls.
Jess was a fantastic help with the sale, providing assistance with all concerns and elements in the installation.
Robert and George were established professionals, who installed the blind with no trouble, and even fixed an unrelated problem that occured from a previous job from another business.

They went well above and beyond what was asked, or expected, to offer a service that has been second to none.
In honesty, I was on the fence about getting this installation done, but the team has been so helpful that I would even consider getting blinds in my car with it being this easy. Extensive gratitude to the crew that have helped out at the Blind Factory
