We had a great experience through the whole process. The initial measure and quote made us comfortable as there was no hard sell, which was good. The day of fitting went very well with no hiccups, the boys did a great job. It would be hard to go past the Ziplok product, it's A1. Chris followed up with a visit to ensure all was good and we were happy with things. We have no hesitation in recommending The Blind Factory and their lifetime warranty. Very happy.

If you want 2nd rate blinds this is the company for you. Black spots on the first delivery of white blinds and black spots on the replacement blinds. Refused to take the 3rd lot and ordered elsewhere with great success.

I have not had much of a hiccup with the company except for one assessor but all has been well since and they have installed more interior blinds and 4 exterior canvas blinds.

Very rude, John came to quote and said they would not be able to do my windows (3.5m high windows and raked windows) have been quoted 3 other people who are nicer and are willing to put in the hard work that The Blind Factory are clearly not!

Terrible customer service, somehow forgot to mention that their blinds take an additional 10 weeks to come in after we had our check measurements. 16 weeks to cover 2 windows, wouldn't touch them ever again

Sales aditude is as lame as there adds. Built a new house 50min from cbd. They refused to quote.
