Pullman Melbourne Albert Park

Great hotel. Professional service and my go to location when visiting Melbourne for business. It is across the road from Albert Park and great for a morning run around the lake. Just short of 5k track

It was a very memorable time spent there rooms are good size clean large bed we enjoyed the time we spent in the room

8th floor City view room. Very well appointed. Plenty of goodies in the en suite. Usuals plus loofahs, and hair brush. Water pressure in shower really good and room had a good area to work in with desk and stationary. Upon checking out realised that I'd left charger in room. Front desk & Housekeeping staff went above and beyond to locate and return charger and battery. Glad that most conferences I attend are held there as it's a great place to stay.

Was upgraded on arrival to a superior park view room. Was quite nice. Shower was a trickle of water, had hot tap on full and was only luke warm. Housekeeping knocked and wanted to know what time I was checking out, even though check out time is 11am, and another asked again when I left the room. Have never experienced this at any hotel I've ever stayed at. Complained to management and they only charged me for half of my nights stay and have ensured this want happen again.

Visited for a conference over the weekend - good venue for the conference with staff attentive, good food and clean facilities.

High recommend fir interstate visitor. The only problem is the car park experience. As u pay for one time entry.

Was there to meet friends for drinks. It was late but the place was brightly lit and welcoming. The music helped. Not too crowded so we could chat in comfort. We asked the concierge to get us a can and the staff was helpful and friendly.

I have stayed at the Pullman on three occasions. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and have modern interiors.

Very good stay, nice breakfast and dinner options. Room size, bathroom sizes are optimal. Excellent tap beer available during 16: 00 hrs to 18: 00 hrs. Courteous staff. Nice view of lake and traffic. Enjoying my stay present at this hotel.

Good facilities but access to the hotel by car is tricky. I didn't see right turn on queens street when coming from south east suburbs. When attending as event in the hotel they must give some concession for car park

The curtain of my room were torn and the key card when stopped working 4 time. Room service was great. Very friendly staff and good food and hospitality.

Rooms were nice and clean. Location was a little tough to get to especially from the airport. Service was good, friendly and high quality.

Our room was on the 8 the floor, overlooking the lake. It was a fantastic view. We went down and had breakfast each morning which was busy but yum. We have stayed here a few times and it never disappoints.

Stayed overnight, the rooms were pretty good and the breakfast selection was good too. I didn't make use of any additional services like room services, but the core experience was good.

A quiet place to stay little away from the CBD. Great view to the Albert Lake and it's near to the tram stop

5 star service from a 5 star hotel. Went there to stay for a night, and I wish I stayed a little longer. You can view a great sunset from the lake view room, so if you ever stay at this hotel, go for the lake view room.

Nice rooms. Lovely foyer. Rudist reception desk at any hotel that I've stayed at. Even feedback was not welcomed.
