Pullman Melbourne Albert Park reviews
97Lobby is lovely. Food is great. The gym was small and not all that functional. Rooms were very dirty.
All in all not bad, but not 100% clean either. The Pullman bit is better but you get what you pay for I guess.
I held an event here extremely well organised and great staff support. Love the look of their event space and the downstairs bar area is fantastic a great spot to go for a wine after the event. Highly recommend
I attended a hifi show at this venue. I attended with a blind client. This venue was not suitable for the client. Crowded hallways, with people talking and some tricky layout of the building and the show Otherwise seemed like a reasonable venue and inteesting set up for the various displays.
I went to corporate Area with my cuz who was stasying thier even though a niceplace i felt uncomfortable i came straight from work to see him other rhan that food lovely hotel very nice 1 thumb up
Good place well connected by tram. Albert Park Lake is a stones throw away. F1 track also near. Close to the city. Rooms are clean.
I stayed there for 3 nights the room were nice nothing amazing but bing and clean. The reason I give 3 stars is the WiFi connexion.it is terrible! Most of the time you cannot have the wifi as it’s disappears.for a hotel it is terrible as you cannot work from your room.
The price itself is in quite a good range and is affordable for a 4 star hotel. The facilities within the premises are in good quality and include a heated indoor pool, spa, fully equipped gym and sauna. The room itself is considerably clean with comfortable bedding. Access to bar and food is quite easy as there is a bar and restaurant near the lobby. However, there are no parking services for guests unless you pay for it, which is quite disappointing consider that the parking in the area is quite difficult to come along.
Elegant hotel, good location, close to tram stop and Albert Park. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. However. I paid $100 extra for early check-in as of 8 am. I arrived at 9: 30 am but no room available. Finally got a room at 11: 30 am, but did not get reimbursed as receptionist said that I still got room earlier than usual. However other people who didn't pay extra fee, also got their room key at same time. Quite upset that I paid a hundred bucks for nothing. Also check-in process took very long, although I did booking through hotel website. Also Accor promotes web check-in in advance, key should be ready without line up. Which I did but not worked. Another joke and receptionist said there is no difference in procedure. Also still waiting to get Accor Le club points credited, more than 7 days later still not on account. Room was Ok, but Wi-Fi in room very very slow. This is a no-go for a conference hotel as guest often need to work in their room.
Rooms were great. Friendly and professional staff. Perfect location just a short uber into the city.
Good hotel bordering of four to five star. Appears very much a conference type venue. Enjoyed the large comfortable upgraded room overlooking Albert Park lake. Dining middle range with a mediocre breakfast included in price. Pool enclosed and not appealing. Staff very cooperative and helpful. Room rates varied each night without any real logic. Easy access to trams around the corner and wonderful walks around lake. Would stay again if rates more consistent.
Easy parking from side street to basement. Elevator direct to conference hall and ballroom. Helpful staff with any small issue. Pleasant view across Albert Park Lake. Wifi works well.
I like staying here, the staff are friendly, the cost is very good value. I enjoy the restaurant. Well done I'll be back again soon
Lthe grand ballroom was fantastic. Though we did have a large group of about 400 I felt drink wasnt as good as expected. Otherwise everyrhing else was superb
An expansive hotel with ample parking below and an indoor pool and gym. Open foyer and bar with a cafe and restaurant. Have stayed here on many occasions and have always been thoroughly satisfied. Great for families and couples alike.
Had a room located on level one. Did use a groupon and I will heavily suggest it as it saves you money and includes breakfast! Check in was easy as was check out. The facilities are shared with Pullman so nice and fancy. The pool looked a bit weathered even though it was indoor, however that was just from external appearance.
Location is close to where I work so is conveniently located to park in with a reasonable price for the full day of parking.
4 stars for friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Resturaunt is nice but closes too early in my opinion. Food at night in the resturaunt is very good. Did not like the breakfasts though so stopped going down for that. From this hotel it's a long walk to everywhere bar the park.
Lovely hotel with comfortable and stylish facilities. Their parking processes are a bit of a joke. Great views over Albert Park and easy access to the CBD. Staff were mostly ok (when available). As an Accor Plus member I wasn't made to feel any more special. The best service was from the valet staff.who wouldn't have known my membership status. That was impressive.
We had a conference there, location isn't great to get by public transport and limited parking in the area, morning coffee was late and lukewarm, the rest was okay, but not perfect.
