Horrible people. No idea how their business is still running. No respect for customers even they are sick. Receptionist was very rude, she behave like she owns that place. Just a very ill mannered lady at counter. I felt it was some kind of racism (ahhhhh brown skin)! Cummon guys u are working in healthcare department where every single person has equal rights to access it but be fair and respectful to people, if cant the choose another place to work.

Quiet easily the worst GP Clinic in Point Cook. Average wait times of 1.5 hours past an appointment. Why take a booking and fail to inform patients that there is such a long wait. Not ideal for anyone with any kind of sickness or injury.

It's terrible hospital.
Since I had car accident, I have had neck and shoulder pain.
According to Dr Janak here, "it 's normal.
And just take an nuropen"
That's it.
What a Useless!
Don't waste your time.

Dr Janak, wow. I have been seeing this guy for a couple of years now. Almost every time we have the same conversation “dr can you please write me a script for my medication” “can you please make sure i have enough so I don’t have to revisit you every few weeks to write a new one”. “Yes no worries” proceeds to write up a script that lasts 2 weeks. Hence forces me to visit the pharmacy every 2 weeks and visit him to renew a script every other. A complete waste of time for everyone. But no doubt keeping his pockets well lined in the process. Meanwhile the waiting room is overflowing out into the street.
So frustrating, there are legitimately sick people that need attention, meanwhile we are congesting waiting rooms with regular meaningless appointments such as these.
Really very disappointed.
