Very poor customer service. All the receptionist have too much attitude. They always put calls on hold and never come back and never appolozise. No issue with Gp.it is lilttle bit longer time but we understand.always dissappointed with poor customer service.

Concept of appointment is awesome. You book an appointment, and while waiting, you can finish probably a novel, or watch a complete web series before they take you in.

Probably go there with at least an spare hour and something to keep you occupied (fully charged phone, laptop)

Whike typing this, one bloke just left angrily after waiting 30 minutes.

Great doctors, truly horrible wait times. Today i waited over 65 minutes for an appointment booking. (Not the first time) I asked 2 times what was going on and was told doctors hate being contacted so the desk wouldnt ask whats happening. Absolute disrgard for time management or enforcement of this for doctors at this office and that appears to be the way they like it i guess since it has always been like this. (Why offer long consult bookings if people can just do this anyways and take up other peoples time, doctors should advise they have used their time and must book a long consult if required.) This was then followed by a completely unexplained 30+ minute wait for a blood test where no numbers were called for 20+ minutes. Is it that time consuming to take the samples and move to the next person?

The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional, she is never willing to listen to people’s needs and just cut you off, which is very annoying. Very bad impression and images for the clinic.

The best doctors clinic in Melbourne I have been going here for 20 years and never had any issues with receptionists are excellent the whole experience is very professional my doctor is Dr Janak who is the best doctor and never failed me or my family members keep up the good work Dr Janak you are an amazing doctor

I called to see if I could make an appointment as I have struggled with uti’s my whole life and I needed to see a doctor immediately for a script. When I called the receptionist she was absolutely horrible to me as she said I haven’t been to this doctors centre since 2018 and I need to fork out $100 just to make an appointment. On top of that I would also need to pay for the script it’s self which is expected. I’ve been going here since I was little and I’m absolutely appalled. As a 19 year old that was seeking medical help and the only option this woman gave me was to look else where. Horrible service, horrible waiting times and absolutely horrible support. Do not waste your time.

Not recommended, took appointment 3 days in advance for vaccination only to be told on the day the flu vaccines not available after waiting for an hour. Nurse mentioned this is the way clinic operates.

The GP is really nice and very professional, but the receptionist can't understand human language, very difficult to communicate,the service is really bad

I tried booking using hotdoc but they kept declining my appointments with no explanation. When I called, the receptionist told me it was because I had not been there since 2017 and that I had to 're-register' and pay a $110 fee, even though all my details were already registered with no changes required. How is this allowed? Fee for no service?
I then went to Williams landing where I saw a bulk billing doctor immediately. Will never go back to Point Cook medical centre.

This medical center is getting really ridiculous, my baby went to see Doctor Ruan before and now they ask us to pay $100 registration fee, said the patient is is not active. Well you should rob the bank!
And the the reception was so arrogant said if you want to see the doctor u need to re-register and pay the $100 registration fee.
Dr. Ruan got very good reputation in Chinese community, it’s such a shame that she worked here.

We continue to go to Point Cook Medical Centre as the doctors are all very professional and knowledgeable. The centre would get 5 stars if it wasn’t for the ‘rude’ receptionists who are clueless about how to give genuine customer service (e.g, telling us our waiting time). Really poor. Sorry to the doctors.

Dr Abu Ahmed is the absolute worst. I booked an appointment with him as my regular doctor (Dr Huq) is away until 15th Jan, and sought help for my wife who is pregnant.

Abu Ahmed was dismissive, doesn’t listen half the time and ended up prescribing medication that wasn’t even for the symptoms that we advised. The medication was also NOT SAFE FOR PREGNANCY.asked for a medical certificate for this week and next, and he only gave us the certificate up to this week and then told us to go back to see him again.

He is only interested in patient turnover (I.e getting money from Medicare) than the actual patients themselves.

He is the most pathetic excuse for a doctor I’ve ever seen.

They refuse to see patients unless they wear a mask and wait outside. Even stating that they don't do mask exemptions. It's the 22/11/2022 why are they refusing patients not wearing a mask?

The receptions are extremely irresponsible, we have been waiting for 1 hour and the information is still not inserted into system, which might have resulted in delay in seeing the doctor. And the receptions have been chatting the whole time whenever they are not on the phone. This happened in the morning of Friday 4th Nov 2022, I hope the management could look into who’s on duty. The girl close the the corridor is good, but the other two are just horrible. And it would be good to have some KPIs for the receptions, e.g key in the new patient registration form within 15 mins or as soon as possible. Otherwise the receptions will only spend their time chatting, and doctors will have to waste their time on asking the same information on the form again.

On 19/8/2022 at 2: 20 pm I visited the medical centre in Dunnings Road
There were two girls at that time in reception and were busy in chatting each other. Did not care about customer. Then I repeated ask one of the receptionist and presented the documents given by doctor. Without reading the paper she scanned it. I said to her I came for blood test and the she rudely asked me to go out and said the pathology centre in other building. Then I went to the other building but was not right. Then I asked front counter radiology building and guided me very nicely.
If the receptionist do not have customers services they should be terminated from their employment as there are many comments about their customer service / miss behaviour.
I will never go back to this medical centre any more.
Customers are paying fees for their salaries not for rude service.

If you are on workcover I'd advise you not to use this doctors service. Doctor Abu in particular was very rude to me and I was refused service because of something that was out of my control. I needed a medical certificate for my on-going chronic pain condition and because of payment discrepancies (which they should speak with the insurance directly about) I was denied my certificate for something that was out of my control. The staff should be chasing the outstanding payments from the insurance up not the clients. I even told doctors Abu that if I wasn't given a medical certificate that I wouldn't be able to pay my bills, pay my rent or buy food, and all he could say was sorry not my problem. How can you be a medical professional and have this attitude towards people. How can you abandon your clients and know they could possibly become homeless by your actions.
How can you treat someone so inhumane and still keep your doctors license. This a big warning to anyone who is wanting compassionate treatment. You won't find it at point cook medical center.
