Needed a medical certificate for work since I caught covid but this clinic simply stated they aren't taking new patients and with no other explanation hung up on me. Very rude to someone who needed the care. It was my first time dealing with this clinic and I won't be bothering again.

No customer service! My appointment was 1hr 40mins late, I had to follow up with the centre, then waiting on the phone in a queue for an answer. Simple fix, SMS to all the appointments that have mobile numbers and advise of delay so we don't call and overload your admin staff.

Extremely rude staff. Not taking new patients even if they are locals. No empathy. No reason provided for denying medical services to genuine patients. This clinic is a local disgrace.

Fantastic Medical Centre, Dr Janak Jayatilake is the best doctor by far. He's able to diagnose your health issues and manage your health effectively.

I've been seeing him for more than 10 years and will not see anyone other than Dr Jayatilake or the team at this Medical Centre.

Rude service, walked in and was forced to buy a mask from the chemist without even asking for a reason from me, didn't have any to provide me for free despite being unable to afford to buy a packet.and then I had to wait outside without a car.
My doctor Abu Ahmed sent me to a privately billed psychologist without my knowledge, it wasn't until i tried to make an appointment with my referral that the centre was privately billed. I have attempted to make another appointment today for 3: 45pm, it's 2: 15pm and it says on my hotdoc app that the appointment has been attended! Very long wait times on the phone.overall a difficult procedure every-time.

What sort of medical clinic doesn’t take in new patients? Like how does that even make sense.
I’m new to the area and have no clue on where anything is except the Werribee hospital which is a bit away from home.

Absolutely repulsive behaviour by the lady behind the desk, I've heard bad things about this Dr even buy one of there own, I always thought it's never going to happened to me and it wasn't true until today, hope you have the worst day of your life very soon, when your thinking what you did to deserve this think of the poor girl you were so rude to. If your feeling unwell when you come here prepare yourself to feel worse when you leave.

This is a horrible business and poorly managed. They have long wait times and the doctor barely sees you for few minutes before dismissing you rapidly. Even a phone call takes the clinic more than 30 min to answer the call. Never seen a business running as bad as this.

The wait time for someone to answer your phone call is ridiculous and unpleasant. They will only answer once every few times which forces you to hang up from frustration of waiting. Some ladies at reception are nice and lovely while some are really rude.

People with appointments don't feel important whatsoever no matter their situation, you book an appointment for 2pm, you will get called in at 2: 30 if not later. Horrible timing.

This business I so poorly run it's past a joke.
1hr and 45 mins waiting for my appointment which was booked online. Ongoing problem at this clinic for years.
Doctors double book appointments before they even start and it snowballs from there.
It's seems like in that clinic making money is more important than anyone's health.
Clinic should be shut down or start from scratch

I started at 10.30am. I was over the phone more than 30mins. Once it automatically cut dow the phone call. Since my appointment time already passed I went in side and they marked me in. But another 30 mins waiting the doctor to call me. I am stil waiting out side. So I wrote down my experience here.

The attitude of the receptionist could be better. 99% of the time I get the same older blonde haired lady that is miserable. But sometimes I get literally anyone else and they’re chill

Very terrible receptionists! Every time I go there, they are trying to force me to wait in the car even on 30+ degree days! & they always try and force a phone consultation instead as well… like I have physical problems And they need be physically checked out…

One star is not even deserving for the receptionists…
The GPS are great… but receptionists are terrible!

The waiting time to get an answer on the phone is absurd.
Just to get inside to reception you have to phone up, & wait on hold for what seems like an eternity.
Even for a task as simple as picking up a blood sample referral from reception.
Bring a seat or a packed lunch.
These guys are olympic gold medalists at keeping you waiting.
Wake up point cook medical center, we are in the 21st century now

There may be long wait times even if you have booked an appointment which is pretty standard as it is a bulk billing medical clinic so I'm used to that. The receptionist ladies are kind each time I call to check in - I've never experienced bad service from them.

There was a lady at the covid check in desk who was a crazy multi-tasker! I think I overheard her name was Yasmin. She was handling phone calls, cleaning the clipboards/pens and greeting customers walking in like it was second nature! Awesome job, girl! She was also helpful in my concern about getting my second dose and also briefed the nurse on this too. Thanks so much for your kind service:)

Opens at 8am but never turn their phones on until after that time (always late to open) and the drs their I won’t recommend 2/10

My experience dealing with the receptionist are not pleasant. They are either grumpy or rushing things out. I understand that medical clinic can be busy or some other customer might have been rude but it's not nice to lash it out to someone who speak calm and nicely on the phone. Often we have family members who are sick and need help. We are not looking forward to have unprovoked confrontation with a receptionist.

The worst service you would expect from a healthcare provider such as them. A bunch of rude sitting at the front desk thinking of giving people favour. Yes we still come here only because of a couple of great Gp. 2.3 rating sums up there service label.

Unacceptable wait times (1hr 15 minutes), no communication and asked to wait in car on 30+ degree day. Not good enough and going by the other reviews an ongoing issue which is clearly not being addressed. Go elsewhere where your time will be valued.
