I’m new in this area and yesterday I went to this medical Centre to find a new Gp. I had an appointment with the doctor, and she was very nice, professional and friendly. In the end she told me to give her a very quick call the next day for a result she wanted to give me.
As said I called today, and a very unfriendly woman at the reception took the call.
She didn’t let me talk to the doctor, even after I told her that the doctor asked me to give her a quick call the day before, she didn’t listen to me and also didn’t understand my problem.
The only thing she was saying repeatedly was “you have to pay”, she didn’t wanna listen to me, no she just kept saying that.
And I’m talking about a short one minute call, the doctor asked me for yesterday.
In the end I couldn’t talk to the doctor and I am sitting here with the same problem.
That’s all I have to say, I am very sad and disappointed, I just moved here, and already got this experience.
And don’t get me wrong, the experience with the doctor was perfect, just a super unfriendly and not helpful woman at the reception.

I will definitely look for another medical Centre, and wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this medical Centre.

And you the people from the Point Cook Medical Centre, should definitely try to find someone new and more friendly for the reception cause the doctors are great, and you are damaging your Image with people like that in your team, as you can see in all the other bad reviews here.

I waited an hour and 45 mins for an appointment that I had booked in prior with no help or service
The entire clinic had emptied out before I even got looked at

Waited 50 minutes for my appointment as he kept taking walk-ins before me.just to fill a prescription, took 30 seconds after my wait with no apology from any staff.

We booked 1 week ago but still wait over 40mins and the patient before us wait over 1 hr. That’s not the purpose of make an appointment.

Very poor in managing their appointments. Every time the wait time is around 1 hour even if you have booked an appointment with them. And the reason is same, we got emergency. Don’t have trust on the management.
Feedback only for management and not for doctors at this point.

Nurses an administration are lovely. On the contrary a particular doctor I have been seeing never quite seems interested when I have appointments. My surgery has been delayed now by a month due to the negligence of the doctor simply faxing a referral to the hospital.

Still waiting 1 and half hour after my appointment time, this place is shocking last time I will ever come here

Doctors are only interested in profit mongering. They do not listen. My partner broke her leg saw dr A, was told to take nuromol and go home. We insisted on an x-ray, broken tibia! We were then charged $175 for this plaster job! Nurse was really trying but the doc was only interested in his suit and being right. Very dissatisfied!

The staff and team are absolutely amazing. They will go above and beyond their role for you, so be polite. They understand you’re in need of a doctor, but all they can do is their job. The doctors know what they are doing and are employed by the amazing owner of the centre who understands and empathises for his clients and wants to give them the world of good and more.
It’s a family there. It’s worth the wait. Only great things have long lines.

Tahjibul Anam one of the worst doctors ever come across rude up himself unprofessional this man will make you worst and say nothing wrong with you "Dr Anam". How did you actually get your Drs Agree what a joke of a doctor

Plenty of bulk bill in the area, why bother.long waits, for both the clinic and the blood labs. Clinic itself poorly run, i’d find myself waiting for at least an hour long. Even when I’ve booked the earliest appointment. Doctor would always have some pety excuse. The wait, Not very pleasant when you are pregnant and even worse when you are with child.

Dear Dr, If you’re going to be running late, or if you want to come abit later, then please reschedule. Have a little respect for time, I’d rather wait at the comfort of my own home.

The worse part, they didnt submit my daughters vaccinations to Centrelink.

I wonder why people with negative comments leave their reviews but not others. This Medical Centre is one of the best in Wyndham area, and that's why it is busy. Doctors are experienced and helpful. I am long time patient of this clinic. Some times we have to wait a bit longer but unfortunately it is very common, specially if the doctor is good.well, If I am in hurry then I will see first available doctor.
Secondly I don't think any doctor will refuse to help if my demand is genuine.why would they?
but If it is not, then he/she has to refuse, no matter I call him/her rude or unhelpful.

The clinic has the worst time management, very rude receptionists and terrible communication with patients. No wonder the good doctors have left from there.
After a multiple bad experiences with this clinic I decided to make the switch to Guardian medical at sanctuary lakes. When I got sick over the weekend I made the mistake of going back here just to get a medical certificate. An hour and 10 minutes past my appointment time I ask how many are still ahead of me, the reception said 2 to go but it won't be long. I cancelled my appointment, went to guardian and was seen within 10 minutes of walking in by the lovely Dr Damin Ng.

This medical centre is one of the best I have ever been to. I come to see Dr. Kazi and he is the most knowledgeable, thorough and caring health professional you could hope to have. My family has been coming to see him for years and he is a lovely and caring gentleman. Of course there will be a wait deapite appointments being made, but that is true for all medical centres. You cannot predict how long an appointment will last due to different people having different concerns. I will continue to come here because of the care and professionalism the doctors and staff show their patients.

Why would you make us patients make an appointment if you all dont keep to it. I waited 1 hour pass my appointment time to see a doctor. When you approach the receptionist. All they say is that your next in line. 1 hour is seriously rubbish. Customer service does not even exist in this medical centre. If you can't keep to your appointment schedule. Just do everyone a favour and practice walk ins instead of appointment setting as you all are horrible at it.

Guys if it’s important and you actually need help, take my advice and DO NOT GO HERE.

It seems clear to me they are just wanting to get people through their doors as many and as quickly as possible.
The doctor made me feel bad for asking for help.
I would never treat someone in need in poor health the way this place has treated me.
I’m shocked.

Worst medical centre I’ve ever come across, absolutely discriminating towards myself and our family. Older lady at the reception is clearly in the wrong profession, you are the first face a patient needs to see your impression and derogatory comments towards my family was disgusting, and left us feeling degraded and beneath you, if you are sick do not go here, and god forbid if you are just asking about how to update your child’s immunisations.

Prepare to wait for an hour at least despite booking an appointment. Happens every time. The doctors are pathetic too. Dr. Janak is good and was the only reason I visited but now he's hardly ever there. Avoid this place.

I have been serviced at this medical centre for the last 13 years. I also would like to appreciate my Medical GP at this centre Dr Altaf Kazi one of the great Dr they have and also others. So, recommend every one to see them.
