Watch out the Psychiatric Ward. Nurses mistreat vulnerable sick people and Punjabi Doctors don't respect Catholic inpatients.

Georgia the pathology collector not only is amazing at her job but goes above and beyond for customer service. I Had great experience with her taking my blood twice and she stood out compared to the rest of the pathology team who had zero customer service. My friend also who was in hospital start of the week couldn't believe how nice Georgia was, she makes a bad time an enjoyable one and makes the whole room laugh as she goes around to each patient. Georgia you are amazing at what you do, never leave, the hospital needs happy encouraging people like you around more!

I was supposed to get a call from a nutritionist from outpatients within a week of my referral to arrange an appointment. It's about 2 months now and no call. I need the help and these people obviously don't care. Pathetic!

My wife had just given birth to our Child a week ago but baby still in hospital. Special thank you to the medical staff especially the team in Delivery Suite (Midwife Ann /Midwife Yesim), team Fetal Monitoring and also clinic D-Opal team.

Yes we had to wait a few hours in the Emergency Ward before being seen by the doctor as it was very busy. However, my thanks and gratitude to all the wonderful staff. What a caring, patient and helpful group of professionals.

Waiting time is long in emergency but that's not the fault of the staff; it's an indication of the lack of funding available for hospitals. Once we were seen to we were happy with the professional advice that was given. They clearly have some excellent doctors here.

It deserves no stars! Sometimes I wish the world was perfect and health problems didn't exist for anyone!

Terrible customer service. All the reception staff sound like they hate their jobs and they hate their customers. Also $10 parking for 1 hour is just ridiculous.
