Friendly staff, well presented rooms and a short walk to Melbourne's CBD. Close to Queen Victoria Markets

Good central location with tram service close by. Amicable room size, though the Foxtel service was missing.

The venue itself is decent, but I had multiple poor experiences with catering for dietary requirements - claiming food was free of allergens but was not. Food in general was average.

Beaitiful place.amenities perfect, just a maccas and a side st away from vic market. Nice courtyard.non smoking though which means you shuffle out onto elizabeth st in your pjs for one. Great staff.yummy food at the restaurant & an 11am check out which you dont need to call up and request!

Lobby and public areas seem nice. Function spaces, catering and facilities are standard, nothing special. Toilets could use a tidy.

The Jasper Hotel is a lovely, centrally located venue that's ideal for conventions while also having comfortable rooms and very personable staff. It's readily accessible via public transport. The food at Jasper Kitchen is wonderful. Jasper Hotel's proximity to the Vic Market plus transport to many of Melbourne's landmarks make it a fantastic home base for visitors to the city.

Great location, easy access to all type of well priced food. The tourist attraction aren't that far away either, and another good thing is, this place is withing the free team area.

We had a tricky check in - first the room key didn't work and then the intermediary website had selected the wrong bed. Oscar, the duty manager, did a really great job fixing up both issues and we even ended up in a fancy room. Props to Oscar Lau for going the extra mile when we were super tired and grumpy. Good place, clean and modern with super fast wifi.

Location convenient. Service excellent. Rooms large and serviceable. Several minor issues to do with broken hinges and locks and such. Would recommend a stay.

Second time at Jasper. I find it a great hotel for my purpose. The meals are fabulous and extend to flexible time frames. Rooms are comfortable and up to date, actually able to extend to internal court yard for external relaxing.
We found the staff to be courteous and friendly with Brent at reception an absolute stand out.
Only one little hiccup this visit, unfortunately my room was forgotten in terms cleaning the room itself, but not a huge issue.

We came in late so they were out of a lot of food. The dipping plate was nice and the wine was fine.

Reception professional, room great, great bathroom. Well located near Victoria Markets. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for the weekend. Room was dirty and not like any photos posted on site. TV wasn’t working and the only thing the hotel offered was a free breakfast as a solution. We also had to call to get the room cleaned. Don’t be fooled by the reviews. Stay elsewhere - it’s not worth it.

- Room service not put drink water in room after cleaning room, I must ask by phone or go to receiptevery everyday, I'm very dissapointed about this,
- Room cleaning service not always completed to a high standard.

Room doesn’t look like the photo and room was very dirty do not stay here if you want value for money! Better to stay at a back packers

Moderne, ruhige und durchschnittliche Hotelzimmer. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist 5 Sterne! Alles in Reichweite zu Fuss, Tramstation 1 Minute entfernt.
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt.
Direkt neben dem Queen Victoria Market.

Convenient location. But the hotel service is average only. U must remind the housekeeper to refill shampoo every day.

Friendly staff, fantastic location, clean rooms. Reasonably priced parking nearby would be a great idea though.

I spent 3 days there and really enjoyed my stay. The room was colourfull, minimalistic and not the biggest but it was comfortable. The location was great next to the Victoria market and everything is 5 minutes away at the furthest. The staff are the friendliest and always with a smile. There's a bar to enjoy a drink at any time. If you're looking for a room to stay and you find a vacancy don't hesitate you'll enjoy your stay
