Jasper Hotel

A great afternoon at the GSD conference. Well supported by the Jasper team. Thank you so much. A wonderful venue for conferences.

Well appointed quiet and private room. Friendly staff, great service. Loved the happy hour and restaurant food.

Andrew at reception was outstanding. He couldn't do enough for us. All staff however were very polite and helpful. Location is brilliant. Rooms are clean, functional and not expensive. The view is mind blowing. Will use again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

The Jasper was a lovely place and in a great position for us. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Bathroom is spacious, beds were super comfy. House cleaning everyday was exceptional. I highly recommend to stay at the Jasper.

Dated hotel, room needed a good clean. Bathroom shower recess moldy. At bar to order and staff speaking in native language while serving me. Sorry found this rude.

This hotel saved me one night where I missed the train back home! The attendant was friendly and the room was good for me and my brother, the balcony was great too!
Best of all, the price was what we were hoping to spend for a sudden booking!

Recently stayed here. This is a pretty good hotel - the reception, restaurant and bar are nicely laid out and make the entrance of the hotel very inviting. Check-in and check-out we're incredibly smooth and the staff interactions were very welcoming and enthusiastic.
The room I had was pretty good, though the bed wasn't as comfortable as I would expect for the price. There was also a ventilation fan running all night that would be loud enough to disrupt sleep for some.
Overall the room was clean, room service was high quality and fast. Would I stay here again? Only if the price is right and I could guarantee a comfortable bed.

The bed was comfortable and the tv was great, but the shower was dirty and the hot water dropped out constantly. It's good for the cheap price

Overpriced for what it is, quite average. The room was small and dated but clean. Check in was quick but not extremely friendly, check out was super quick. Overall not bad, but I probably won’t be staying again.

The rooms are comfortable. The service very good. The location is kind of not very good, but, not bad. I would use this hotel again. The price compensate for the not five star location.

Hotel is located on prime spot and yet is quiet in the rooms, so good and some things i would say is that the breakfast ootion has 14 items of eggs out of 15 and not considering vegan pr vegetarian option so not helpful to me

Simone at check in wasn't much help, had to keep reminding her of our checkout date, didn't tell us what time was checkout or where the lifts to the rooms were.
The room wasn't in a good state. The latch on the window was broken, the window was very dirty. The toilet roll holders were both broken. The hook for a towel in bathroom was also broken and spun around in any direction. There is a constant noise from the fan in the bathroom so you will need earplugs.
The water temperature in the shower fluctuates so be prepared for scalding and shivers. Good point is that the water pressure isn't great so it wont hurt too much. The construction site outside the hotel will also make you need earplugs. There are semi transparent coloured panels in the bathroom you can see through and also open so not a good idea if going away with someone for the first time.

Room was smaller than expected, the balcony was the same size though so space was still available. Several ants and insects had found their way in somewhere. I don't mind this but it was a bit odd. Room service was tasty but enormous portions. Delayed check in was a bit of a shame and no complimentary drink offered for my patience which would have compensated for the experience. Over all it was a nice enough setting but definitely not up to scratch for the cost. I won't be staying here again.

It's a good location. In the heart of the city, other than that, the room quality and service you get is very average for the price you pay for.

Love the Jasper hotel.just a maccas and a side st away from vic market. Reasonably priced rooms and an 11am checkout you dont have to ring up and request for only downfall non smoking rooms and no balcony rooms so you have to shuffle out to elizabeth st in ya pjs if you want one lol but all good. 24hr swipe access to get back in.

Great hotel stayed for two nights. Service was really good and rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. In the the city, with everything close by. Sticky date pudding was delightful!

This place is terrible. You can get a $5 wine during happy hour and the food is ok, but its just in a really crazy part of the city and I couldn't imagine staying here (note, I've never stayed here, only had a drink in there bar, so the rooms might be great!)

The hotel is located in a great location in the center of Melbourne. The hotel is located within a free tram zone. The staff is very kind. The rooms are comfortable and larger than usual in hotels in Melbourne.

Attended training upstairs here. Nice rooms, lots of light, good location. There were a few other groups and so some disturbance from them when they were on break but pretty minor. Will look into booking it myself maybe.
