Tim and Nicole were absolutely amazing to deal with, one of the most difficult decisions in my life I had no idea what was going on and what was involved in the process of choosing and designing a ring for my now fiancé, they walked me step by step on the information I needed to know, drew up multiple drafts of the ring until I was happy with the finished product. Would recommend 100% to anyone I even pop by for a casual chat when I walk past, they make a great coffee too.
Tim@ Janai Jewellery was absolutely fanatastic to deal with. He carefully listened to my request and guided me through the diamond purchasing process. Once we had the rock, we started on the design work and he was always prompt and professional with his service. The end result was fantastic and my fiancee loves the engagement ring.

I searched high and low for an 18k necklace and cross for my godson. It was a struggle to find anything more than 9k. If I did I wasnt satisfied with the selection. Finally came across these guys! Amazing service! Sadly I cant remember the name of the lady that served me. She was very friendly and listened to what I was looking for. Also spoke with whom I believe was an owner. He genuinely wanted to ensure the satisfaction of his customers. Lovely experience. Thank you for saving the day!
