I had just over 3 weeks to organise my wedding band and was in a bit of a panic. Jemima was able to squeeze me in for a consultation within a few hours. After trying on a couple of rings that I imagined I wanted and not quite feeling it, she magically pulled one out as if from thin air that just was just perfect. Being last minute, she kept me updated and reassured every step throughout the production process. I felt confident things were running smoothly. I was pretty chuffed when I she called to let me know my ring was completed a whole day earlier than requested. Thank you to the lovely Jemima who made the process entirely stress free. Your warmth and smile made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped through the door. I will definitely be recommending all my friends your way.

Janai Jewellery has been the place we’ve been telling all our friends about! Jemima helped us with our wedding bands and her customer service has been exceptional. She always made sure that we were comfortable and was so patient with us! We were very unsure about what we wanted, but she patiently gave us her professional advice until we came to a decision. She communicated really well when we weren’t in store and made sure that we were happy with the design! Honestly cannot speak highly enough of the team at Janai, in particular Ella who from day one ensured I got everything and more out of my experience in purchasing an engagement ring. The ring itself was everything I asked for and more, and it really reflected the care and love that each staff member puts into their job.

The team at Janai are top class and are always happy to help. I recently got my old diamond ring resigned and set into a new setting. Throughout the process Tim and Regina was very understanding as one of the concern was that they could not find the laser inscription on my diamond that was purchased over 13 years ago.
To easy my mind they offered to make the ring and when its ready I can come in on the day and have my ring set with my existing diamond within an hour! I came here through the recommendation from my daughter who recently purchased her engagement ring. I'm very happy with my new ring and will be recommending Janai to all my friends and family.
Cannot wait to get another ring from Janai!

We had an excellent experience with Janai Jewellery. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We bought rings and they are perfect! We were looking for something specific and couldn’t find it anywhere else. But there, they offered to custom our rings and they honestly look even better than what we expected. We worked with Hayley, who’s been amazing. So all in all, if you’re looking for great/ unique jewellery and outsanding customer service you definitely need to go there!

Amazing experience from start to finish! Annie was completely transparent with all the details and the ring was exquisite. I ended up needing a larger ring than what was initially quoted but Janai did not charge for the extra 2 diamonds. I will definitely come back for all my future jewelry needs.
