My soon to be husband bought my engagement ring from their shop. When he was looking for a ring, Janai was recommended by his cousin. He got the ring done, with Tim and Regina. He was so impressed with the service and the engagement ring was so elegant. We also ended up getting our wedding rings done by them with Jemima's help. The rings were done promptly and earlier than the expected date. Once we picked it up, we were in love and it was so much better than what was drafted. We recommend this jewellery shop to anyone looking for good and quality jewellery and incomparable service.

Kew is fantastic! And provides the best services. I was going to propose in a week when I first came to Janai but knew nothing about rings or diamond! But Kew handled it very well and really calmed my nerve by suggesting me all the options available. I purchased a diamond set on a regular ring for proposing first, and came back with my fiancee to re-design and customise the ring just as the way she wants. She is so happy with ring and can't stop looking at it

Ella and Andrew really looked after me when I bought a new diamond. They help me redesign my old ring and upgrade my exisiting diamond. They were really informative and easy to deal with.

Growing up you always dream of that feeling you would get when you see your partner get down on one knee and unfortunately for me I had to fake the entire thing.
The design of my dream ring was a very special, distinctive design that Janai had never done before. But I always knew I wanted my ring made by Janai as I am a long time Instagram fan of theirs. In June of last year Janai’s social media controller posted a full length video of my completed ring on both Instagram and Facebook and even promoted the post so it was EVERYWHERE!
And no, I was not yet proposed to.
My heart sunk. Absolutely devastated. A very VERY careless mistake that cost me and my fiancé our proposal memory, I will never get that moment back.
I was then even lied to about the mistake by the store manager Andrew. However, my diamond has an inclusion in a very specific spot that you also can notice in the video very clearly.
I hope the person was held responsible for their mistake because this was probably one of the most heart breaking moments I think I’ll ever experience in my entire life.

After a couple of months of shopping online, talking to friends & other Jewellers. Tim earned my trust by educating me further about the finer details on diamonds and rings, before starting the commercial discussions. Unlike, other jewellers pushing for a close too early.
I also returned for a 2nd and 3rd purchase of the wedding rings and wedding gift from my father. This time Jemima served us, with her genuine customer service and extra attention. Let’s just say great service flows through the family.
I will be highly recommending people to Janai as their knowledge and customer service is second to none.

Highly recommend Janai! Especially for Engagement rings. Their service is highly personalised and their rings are customised and made in their in-house workshop. From the moment of booking a consultation I felt completely looked after, working with the wonderful Regina to understand what I was looking for in a ring, what qualities were important to me in a ring and to find the perfect match that reflected my partner’s personality, characteristics and lifestyle.
Regina was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and patient to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for! Even going over and above to ensure that I could have the ring made slightly quicker than usual to be ready in perfect time for when I was planning to propose! The ring is perfect, my fiancée loves it and we’ve continued to receive incredible service from Janai since. Thank you Regina for being a part of such a huge life milestone, and ensuring that our engagement in beautiful Tasmania would forever be remembered as one of the best and most special moments of our lives! A big thank you to Regina! I came into this store with my partner and we both had very little knowledge about diamonds. Regina made us feel welcomed and comfortable from the very beginning which made the whole process of designing the engagement ring so much more easier.

We have designed and purchased our wedding, engagement ring and recently our eternity band from Janai- the service is amazing! No query is too much bother. The rings are all beautiful, great quality and every piece unique. Big thanks to Jemima who provided a very personal service and really tried to understand and accomodate our ideas.

Jemima was very helpful and helped us design the perfect gift. Jemima communicated with us throughout the whole process and nothing was too hard for Jemima. Couldn’t be more happier with the end product.

Can't recommend Janai Jewellery highly enough! The service was exceptional. We had Ella help with my engagement ring and Jemima with our wedding bands. Both were lovely, fantastic, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend seeing these gorgeous ladies if you are looking for peace of mind and great service. The rings turned out AMAZING! If you are looking for great quality and value, Janai Jewellery is the place to go!

Like many other reviews, we sat on the downstairs couches for approx 30-35 min and ended up just walking out. Seems very factory like, with them pumping as much people in as possible to make as much sales as possible.
We had an appointment however the couple that was directly in front of us in the line outside didn’t have one and got in before us.
We were given a cheap feeling tray of designs to look at, which weren’t even the type/style we requested as the other design tray was being used. So it was pointless to look at them and they felt like Lovisa or Ebay quality designs.
I felt super dirty, the couches were gross, the whole place gave us a really weird vibe as if we would be scammed or sold second hand diamonds or fake diamonds and seeing other reviews on here I assume the owner will respond saying he cannot find us on his system or will try blame us for the long wait or saying we are lying.
I recommend going to somewhere like Australian Diamond Company for anyone looking as that’s the only nice looking place we have been to so far with lovely staff.

Had an amazing experience with Janai. They were very informative and happy to explain the whole process to us. The communication throughout was fantastic and the ring was absolutely gorgeous.

My friend was looking for a ring for an important moment in his life. Nicole made us felt very welcomed and comfortable to chat with her. Even though my friend and I had absolutely no idea about Diamonds at all but Nicole went above and beyond to explain and inform us everything about diamonds. She also showed different samples for us, so we could fully understand the values and differences of diamonds at different grading. We both did not expect we would’ve made a decision on that day before we went to Janai Jewellery, but because of Nicole’s professionalism and exceptional service, my friend felt very confident and comfortable to buy his engagement ring on that day.
