Sri and the Janai team were fantastic to deal with. My partner got my engagement ring here (I had no idea he was doing this!). He said they were really lovely and knowledgeable. When organising our wedding bands, he suggested we use Janai as they were so great to deal with the first time round. Communication, friendliness and knowledge was a 5/5. They made each visit feel special. My only feedback would be the shop itself looks a little run down inside eg. It has silver sticky tape on the wall. I’m not sure if they’re renovating or what? Other than this, it was a nice experience. Thanks Sri and team!

Timothy and the Janai staff gave out excellent customer service. Tim is well-versed and knowledgeable when it comes to jewellery. He provided me with great advice and explained it in great detail and lastly, he gave the best of the best.

The experience Janai provided, specifically Nicole, when selecting an engagement ring was amazing. They walked through the entire process, provided education on diamonds and were more than willing to accommodate changes that I wanted to make to the design and diamond throughout the process and even finalised the ring ahead of schedule.

My partner purchased my engagement ring from Janai and had such a great experience we went back for our wedding bands. We had an appointment with Jemima on Saturday morning and wow what amazing service. She was so patient and knowledgeable. She took me and my partner through all the different ring options and gave her opinion without ever being too pushy. Had a great experience with Alice, who took us through the journey of designing the ring and getting it made, and Amelie, who initially helped us get approval to design the ring as we bought the diamond separately.

Great service. Tim was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process of choosing the right diamond and the overall design of the engagement ring. I spent months searching for the right jeweler. In the end, it was Janai's genuine customer care and sincerity that convinced me to entrust them with the most important ring in my life. Nicole (Kew) was very helpful and Tim was accomodating when I had questions and scepticism. Due to Covid, I was not able to travel interstate and because of that, my discussions with them were done via Whatsapp. Both Nicole and Tim made that process as smooth as possible. The ring was ready for the proposal despite the tough shipping conditions during the pandemic - all thanks to Nicole.

I had the pleasure of buying a magnificent engagement ring from Janai Jewelery back in May and recently proposing to my long term partner of close to 7 years. At the beginning of the ring finding process I was very anxious about finding the right ring and which ring store to go with. I was lucky enough to have my first consultation with Nicole Nguyen, she was amazing to deal with; from the very first consultation, to price negotiation, to receiving the sketches promptly, to updating me on the progress on my ring to eventually receiving it. She was incredibly professional and went above and beyond for me.
