Jemima was amazing in helping us choose our wedding rings. It was such an enjoyable experience for both my fiancé and I. She was patient, personable and allowed us to take our time in making our decision on our rings. My fiancé collected our rings yesterday and surprised me with them today (another amazing suggestion that Jemima came up with)! We both love how the rings have turned out and can’t wait to wear them after our wedding next month!

We designed and purchased my wedding ring at Jamai after my fiancé went with them for my engagement ring. I cannot praise them enough! Everybody at Janai have been amazing to work with! Lovely, knowledgeable and helpful in what they do. Special shout out to Regina who designed my engagement ring and Jemima who designed my wedding ring. We couldn’t be happier with the process working with these lovely ladies and the end result!

My partner and I went to many places in Melbourne to look for the right engagement ring. The moment we went to Janai we knew straight away that this was the best place! Nicole Nguyen provided us with such excellent service. She was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain to us the quality of diamonds and what to look out for. What was best about Janai/Nicole was the fact that they did not pressure us to secure a diamond straight away - most other places pressured us a lot. They also designed the exact ring I was after within our budget. We've gotten so many compliments from the ring and many people are asking us where we got it made. We couldn't be happier with the ring and the service provided by Nicole Nguyen! We will be recommending Janai and Nicole to all our friends and family! Definitely 5 stars from us!

I decided to come here and get an Engagement Ring for my future wife to be and I couldn’t have been happier with the end result.
I sat down with Tim and I cannot thank him enough for the support and effort he had put in to ensure I was happy with not just the product, but with the overall experience.
He was there every step of the way and was always available to chat. He understood my needs and paid careful attention to every single detail. He also took the time to explain everything one needs to know about rings (I believe I was at the shop for a good 3 hours!) – this is definitely a unique and rare trait in this world and Tim has it all!

When the time came for me to Propose to my future wife to be, her jaw dropped at how gorgeous the ring is! Everyone was asking how I got it to be so amazing and beautiful, but all the thanks go to Tim and Janai Jewellery!

Jemima & the team at Janai we an absolute pleasure to deal with. Due to the current covid restrictions i was not able to visit them in store so all of our correspondence was done over the phone and via email - Jemima really went above and beyond to make this process as seamless as possible and her communication was exceptional. The beautiful piece we had made by Janai has a special significance and they showed a great deal of compassion, care and enormous generosity throughout its creation. Amelie from Janai is brilliant! She's great at putting on an impressive presentation on how to look at the quality of diamonds. She is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! She worked through the design I was looking for, coordinated with the jeweller and organised everything seamlessly. During the lockdown, she was very accommodating as well in terms of making herself available, including during her lunchtime, which is much appreciated. She's very persuasive - so (watch out) she might convince you to buy something you weren't expecting to buy! If you're looking for someone who would take the stress out of your engagement or wedding ring purchase, look no further! Highly recommend Amelie as a sales consultant!

Janai was the first and only jeweller my partner and I visited, and for good reason! We had such an easy consultation with the lovely Ella who took us through every detail we needed to find my dream ring. I had an extremely pleasant and wonderful experience at Janai! Even for a first timer that had no clue what to im looking at, the assistance and product i received was better then what I could of hoped for! Craftsmanship was amazing!

After having a great experience choosing our engagement rings, naturally we returned to Janai to source our wedding bands. Erica was our consultant and we LOVE her! She was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I was going back on and forth with my choice of wedding band to the point of returning the following day last minute - Erica fitted us in her schedule no problem. She really went above and beyond to try help me visualise how the band would look with my engagement ring.
