85 Extremely dissatisfied. Hotel is very dated, dirty and run down. Bath towel provided had large hole (see attached) and hair dryer is an OHS and fire risk! I expect a little more for close to $200 per night.
Do not stay here.
Unfortunately I cannot give any Starts to this Hotel, It is with recent experience that I post this, My partner and 13 year old daughter were meant to be treated to a night out in the city seeing a Show at the Regent Theatre which was fantastic then for my daughter to experience a lovely night in the city seeing all the sites and lights etc. This hotel is disgraceful to say the least. The room was nothing like the pictures on the internet, they are small and pokey - don't be fooled by a Balcony Room its the size of a shower base. They charge like wounded BULLS $300+ A NIGHT then to say the least The swimming pool on the roof top was 28 Degrees on a 40 degree day? When they questioned it all the response was, its up to maintenance, Maintenance my Ringer! They don't exist. The concrete around the pool they almost burnt all the skin off their feet it was unbearable to walk on. The staff are nothing but glorified models that do absolutely nothing. Definately not one i would recommend in any shape or form. NEVER TO SEE ME AGAIN.it is with deepest regret i had to chose one star to post this good luck!
Good stay experience but for some reason we thought we didn't have a kettle and stumbled upon it just as we were leaving! Would be nice if it was easier seen.
The pizza we ordered from the room dining the first night though was horrid tasting. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay here, the staff were attentive as well.
Friendly and professional staff and good location, However rooms are a little dated and could use some new furniture/carpet but definitely worth the visit!
