I take my wife Amanda here to see Dr Bast who is an amazing doctor, very gentle and informative with an amazing bedside manner! Reception staff are lively especially Margaret who has a kind and pleasant manner despite the stressful job she has and generally seems concerned about the patients.sometimes a little time to wait but that's ok.

I walked in in the morning 8.45 am I was told 8 people before me should wait about 30 minutes. After 50 minutes i have asked how many people before me receptionist told me 3 more. That makes it more than 60 minutes.
If I was told from the beginning waiting is around 60 minutes or more I wouldn't wait at all. That was a waste of 50 minutes for me which I would not do it again.
If you have too much time in your hand and like to wait for a doctor longer than you are told go for it.

I have been here three times now as my normal doctor was unavailable, and saw a different doctor each time. The doctors they employ here are truly sub-par, you don’t want to make this your regular doctor if you want a doctor who will care about your health and well-being. Just go if you are desperate or need a certificate. The last visit was the worst, they can’t even get a urine test right and they really don’t care about their patients.

Dr Bast is the most professional and thorough doctor I have ever come across. He usually has a long wait time, but is well worth it. He has never hurried us and goes above and beyond. Cannot recommend him enough.

I've been throwing up and having sleepless night for months and sought out medical assistance from this clinic. I was told nothing was wrong with me because I was young and it was all in my head. Doctor was rude and cut me off every time and didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. Frustrated with this experience, I ended going to a different clinic and within weeks and a few tests later I found out I had gallstones. This place is as negligent as they come.

Dr Phillip is always helpful, caring and takes his time, goes out of the way to help or assist patients! We are very regular since 9 years and the reason is Dr Phillip. However, receptionist sometimes is the let down which sometimes make me think whether to go another clinic but because of the Dr we are back there.

Most doctors here are lovely but there is one indian lady her bed side manner was rude! You are meant to suport your patients not be judgement their reactions to a surprise pregnany.

I was there last night, receptionist bigger girl was soooo rude, Many doctors around why would go to the ONE where you can't even talk to receptionist! But doctor was good! Shame

Convenient location. Great range of medical services in one spot. Came in very handy when my wife needed several tests done at once. Lots of parking. Could do with some new furniture and carpet though. Not sure why there are so many poor reviews, people should be grateful they can get access to free medical care at all. Remember the staff are people too and just trying to do their job as best they can.
