Been visiting this clinic since 2015 and overall I've had satisfactory service. I've even had a close friend of mine convert to this clinic due to my positive reviews.
The friendliness of the reception staff and waiting periods have improved over the years. I travel for two hours to see Dr. Marazita.
I believe ensuring excellent service and a positive experience for patients is crucial, and it seems that some patients experience with the quality of service provided by the reception staff and the visited doctor may vary.
For myself, I speak highly of the team and the Dr I have seen. Therefore, it's important that all patients receive exceptional care and attention, regardless of the situation.
Things are getting back to normal, after a long lockdown, clean waiting area, staff are very helpful, need bit more G Ps. All in all a good place
5 stars for the new american receptionist and dr debanks! The rest of the doctors i’ve found are average at best
I emailed the Practice Manager a genuine non-medical concern of mine in reference to my elderly mother mid August. I have since followed my email up twice and still haven’t received a reply. Extremely poor customer service!
I came in on Saturday to see the chiropractor, Clare, and she was so gentle and kind. The clinic was clean and calm. I even liked being able to prepay for my appointment so I could just leave after my consultation.
DONT GO WITH DR REZA KHANiPOUR.my mother went to this clinic today and had appointment for the first time with DR reza khanipour, after 40 minutes late waiting for the doctor to call her! He rejected my mother and told her your health problems are too much and i can't help you with! I don't accept new clients and you need to visit another doctors who can manage it! (despite that my mother was a patient of dr yaraghi in this clinic but dr yaraghi no longer works there!) this is such a scam for both patient and government, you get paid as GP to do nothing!? Seriously!? If you as a GP can't accept a patient with a few health conditions that is very common in ppl over 60s, so what you can do as GP? ! Suggesting cold and flue tablet to patients who has cold? !
The most unprofessional clinic I’ve been to. Dr Hossein Yaraghi saw me for all of 2 minutes, didn’t ask me any questions and proceeded to give me the wrong prescription. No one has called me to let me know if results from my X-ray have come back almost two weeks later. Save your money and go elsewhere - clinics like this deserve to be shut down.
The 5 star is for Dr Frank Marano. But you have to call to book an appointment to see him. Be prepared to wait about half an hour before someone picks up the phone!
If only the receptionist’s would answer the phone…. Called 3 times just to make an appointment as this particular professional is not on the online booking page…. Waited over 2 hours listening to their on hold music. Had to actually drive out of my way to go to the clinic just for an appointment to be made.
Made an appointment and they didn’t even call nor even after an hour later, disappointing as I really needed the appointment
Pathetic to the extreme except for a couple of the doctors. I would not recommend the centre!
Called three times, and each time I waited 30 minutes for reception to pick up the call yet nobody picked up. I understand the practice can get busy but it is unacceptable for patient to not be able to talk to a receptionist or customer service representative regarding a pressing matter. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Whenever I have called in the past there have been many times nobody has picked up the call.
Please talk to your reception staff or customer service representatives or if there is understaffing issues please address. I understand if this was a bulk billed place as it was in the past but now that you charge your patients your service should reflect so too.
My experience with Dr Imelda Te was amazing. She is so professional and listens carefully. And receptionist staff was also vigilant. Overall experience was great.
-5 Disgusting service. The reception staff are too busy discussing their personal life. Have to wait an average of 50min before the call is answered
Super friendly and polite staff. Wasn’t busy and work was done very fast. Would always book the appointment here in the future if have to.

Had an appointment at 4: 30 pm; waited for more than 30 minutes to see a doctor. It seems like the clinic books too many appointments and gets overwhelmed. This sort of a delay at a clinic can be very frustrating.
Always a great service from receptionist, GPs and nurses. Helpful that they have everything on site.
This clinic’s care factor is ZERO & that is the star rating I would prefer to give. Less than 5 minutes with a patient is professionally negligent. My niece was shoved out the door with no assistance offered whatsoever. No wonder the suicide rate for young people with mental health issues is escalating out of control when GPs working in this clinic simply DO NOT CARE enough to even ask basic questions. They just want you gone, presumably to collect their govt fee.
