How can I be booked in for the first appointment of the day and the GP be an hour late? This has happened twice!

I had a good experience here; the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Dr Ventii was great and I felt she really listened to my concerns and what I wanted. Pathology staff were also polite and fast. Thank-you.

Very bad experience from receptionists - Never go again!
Waited on an appointment for a week, took the day off work.
Turned away patient to cover their mistakes over an appointement.
Supervisor didn't know what she was doing. Don't have sufficient co-oridination skills. Overall, the worst GP experience ever! Less than 0 star rating for sure!

Waited over an hour to see doctor, female receptionist was one of the rudest, most condescending customer service representatives ive ever dealt with. Doctor was unable to help me (which is understandable) but then proceed to tell me to “call another clinic” instead of helping me receive any form of referral. Genuinely so upset from this experience, goes to show how little they care for patients.

Reading the prior reviews and definitely not agreeing.
I can say I have been a long time client of this clinic as I regularly attend weekly having a history of long term health issues.
I have found the staff to welcome myself and my partner and baby son as family never have we felt cared for and listened to as we have at this clinic. From the girls at the front desk to the doctors they have been amazing. To say otherwise would be a blatant lie. Thank you for always being there during our hard times and having patience. We will always be attending high st medical and dental in the future for all our family.

The receptionists have always been nice to me countless times, they have always indicated wait times and you can always ring ahead anyway to check what the wait time would be. They’re busy but still professional. I have seen different doctors there and some were better than others. I think it’s a good facility, clean and there’s pathology in the building. Remember it’s even bulk billed!

Just wanted to say this place is great. Everyone is always professional and yes sometimes you wait but it’s amazing we can see a dr on the day we choose! I was surprised how great the service was after reading some reviews. I have seen on many occasions people being rude to receptionists, which I think is appalling!

Nadia the receptionist delivers poor customer service. You need to wait for 2hrs and it’s ridiculous to run a medical centre with just two doctors. Please don’t come here.

Long waits and rude receptionists some doctors are good but doesn't make up for it! Some people are seen before you that haven't been waiting long and when questioned they said they had appointments which is funny as you can't book appointments!

I am 7 months pregnant and have been made to wait for more than an hour and half after being said it would be a hours wait aftery husband & I got in to the centre by 07: 45 AM.

Clearly certain patients, for what ever reason were being called up even after they had come much later than me.

When my husband went and queried this the receptionist was quite crude in her incoherent response.

As medical centres go this is definitely not one to visit in case of real emergencies.

Arrived to medical centre on a Saturday just before 10am, was told there was a 1 hour wait. That’s fine, pretty standard. 2 hours, 45 minutes later still had not been called out & it was evident only one of the TWO doctors working was coming out and actually calling names. Seems absurd to only have this volume of doctors rostered on a Saturday especially in a buzzing northern suburb of Melbourne. Would suggest they consider hiring more/rethinking their Saturday service.

Receptionist named Suzana is super rude. How I wish the phone calls she receives are all recorded so management can listen how she treats patients or client calling. Even how nice you talk to this person, it seems like she does not enjoy what she is doing. A receptionist should be friendly and professional. You did not possess those qualities the time I have called. Lucky this place have good doctors.

All-round great experience at this medical centre today. Walk-in, registered with a very pleasant and helpful receptionist, and advised around 45mins to 1 hour wait. Saw a senior doctor around 40 minutes later, who was very thorough and solved my problem with some on-the-spot treatment. Thanks - great service!

Bad service. Contacted them before came in, been told the latest time for taking patients are 2145. Went to center at 2115 and been told not take patients any more. If I could rate 0, I would give them 0.

Quite unprofessional each of the four times I've been here. Two GP appointments, one Ultrasound and one X-ray. The so called 'medical professionals' have attitude issues. Quite odd. At least the old Italian GP cracked some decent jokes!

It's a walk in service and you join a wait list to be seen by a GP. Unfortunately the doctors will pick and choose their preferred patients. For example, I have been waiting for 3 hours and someone else who the doctor is familiar with was waiting for about 20 minutes. The receptionist also enjoys screaming at the elderly people when they become confused and frightened by said receptionist.

Great as a back up clinic. GP, Pharmacy, and Radiology in one place. They have been great.
Wait times only bad thing but expected with a walk in clinic.

Noisy place doctors just standing behind the front desk having conversations about there weekend with a full waiting room of patients. In professional and disgraceful

They should let us give zero stars that's how I feel for this place, reception have attitude, no knowledgement no interest towards customers, its like we don't exist to them, this would be my last day ever coming back to this horrific place. They even lucky they have 2.1 stars review, in my honest opinion it should be zero
