After moving homes I looked for a new doctor and found Dr Akram earlier this year who I felt comfortable with providing me personalised support and care for my medical needs. I have been very happy with his professionalism and explanations to enhance my abilities to looking after my own situation. A very positive experience.

Dr de Banks is very caring, supportive, and very good at providing healthcare. Dr de Banks listens does not rush people, and always makes sure patients (from my own experience as well as from the care provided for many members of my family) are treated with the best medical science available. Dr de Banks is very busy, no doubt because of her commitment to excellent patient-centred care; however, despite being so busy, Dr de Banks makes sure her patients are kept safe. A recent mini-pandemic of COVID-19 in our household was managed so well by her, even the 80 and 90-plus year olds could stay at home with the best medicines and plans and thus avoid the risks of having to leave home. From my experience with this clinic, all the doctors, nurses, reception, radiology and pathology staff are brilliant like Dr de Banks.

Pretty poor service - booked a Telehealth and didnt receive a call. I called to inquire if I was missed and found out I didnt meet the criteria, however no one called me to let me know this was the case. I was told their process is to just ignore anyone who is not eligible - very poor considering I am travelling overseas this week and needed a consultation before.

My experience at Bupa Docklands for visa medicals was not a great one last year, hence I chose to visit Bupa Visa medical service at Preston and my experience was indeed a great one!
Even though, there were technical issues, we were kept informed and dealt with very professionally. The staff were very supportive, respectful and helpful towards me and my kids and managed every step smoothly.
Dharmi/Nilda are expert coordinators and the Health Assesor, Doctors, pathology and medical imaging service team were excellent. I have absolutely no doubt in writing how much your services are appreciated. I recommend this place specially if you are wanting you visa medicals done.

Excellent care. Came in with a cut that required stitches. Dr Akram was excellent. Skilled, compassionate and professional. Thank you and the young nurse who helped so much.

Despite using this service for 8 years and I had “seen” Dr The 6 months prior to write my script via Telehealth I was not allowed to keep my confirmed appointment today because I hadn’t been face to face in the last 12
Months. I don’t understand this decision. Considering the influx of covid again I have to come to the clinic risk getting covid so I can have my regular medicine script renewed. Further I waited from 3pm to 5: 30 pm without any email or Phone call telling me I am forbidden to Telehealth.
Terrible unprofessional service.

Just wanted to thank the fantastic receptionist Selin for helping out all the stray migrants, she really optimizes the busy schedule to help us out. Saved me months of waiting and heaps of anxiety. Everybody there's been great today, God bless these people.

Never have I been treated as poorly as I was during my first and last dental appointment at this clinic.
I went there out of complete desperation, firstly the so called dentist tried to extract my tooth when the infection in my gum prevented the anaesthetic from working, this was apparently my fault.
Secondly an attempt was made to section my tooth to aid the extraction, this was done with impatience bordering on anger which resulted in it being done incorrectly.
While all of this was happening other staff were happily walking in and out of the room chatting to the “dentist” and the “nurse”, some people may find that acceptable but I felt that it added to the already unprofessional atmosphere.
In the end I left with my already incredibly painful infected tooth still in my mouth and partially cut in half, the edges of the tooth were not filed down so they cut the inside of my cheek and tongue.
When I was able to get an appointment at another clinic I was informed that the infection in my tooth and gum needed to be treated with antibiotics before any dental work could be done, sever infections prevent the anaesthetic from working.
This was my experience, if you’re going then good luck with yours.

Efficient, approachable receptionist very accommodating (clarissa and selin) friendly. Doctor and other health team members are awesome as well.

I have been a patient here for almost 15 years. The service has dropped significantly since.

I have found the reception staff to be down right rude, to the point where I walk on egg shells when I go there.

Doctors act as if your on a timer as soon as you walk into your consult, five minutes and your out!

Now they are charging extra costs after 5 PM - Which doesn’t make sense for a bulk build service.

I will now attend a new clinic that charges, because it’s worth the extra money to have a much better experience.

I brought my mother in law for medical checkup for immigration visa purpose. I thank Dr Moushumi Hossain as she has been so patient with my mother in law as my mother in law doesn't speak English. Also, I would like to thank all other medical officers and staffs who helped in the process:)

The level of hygiene was below zero! The bathroom where I was asked to do a urine test was disgusting! The consultation with the G. P made me feel like I was treated by a vet in a cattle farm. Rude and blunt in her way she was asking me to test. My appointment was cancelled many times in this center. If you need to do a medical exam for immigration purposes, go somewhere else!

Was once a good practice with great doctors. Has since gone down hill. Never a doctor available, duty of care is extremely poor-appear more interested in claiming medicare than providing appropriate patient care. Was waiting for doctor to sign a care plan which was wrong-doctor walked past me repeatedly for an hour and ignored me. When she bought the paperwork out I asked her could I see her quickly but she was too busy. The health commission to look into their practices. Avoid Dr? Imelda Te as her patient care is of zero rating

Called, it said my call will be answered in 1 minute then 4minutes. But still waiting after 50 minutes. No wonder why their GPs don't last. Their phone wait time is worst than the Centrelink.

Been visiting this clinic since 2015 and overall I've had satisfactory service. I've even had a close friend of mine convert to this clinic due to my positive reviews.

Was seeking medical advice I was instructed to do by the DHS regarding the covid-19 vaccine, I was yelled at and rudely verbally abused before I got hung up on. Extremely disrespectful! Do not go and see Dr Sameh Georgy, extremely rude!

Provision of sensitive data of another patient

The clinic has provided me with a different patient’s data. As i was trying to get my invoice updated I was told that the system has been updated and they can no longer access my data. When I tried calling them to find a solution my call was left and not answered.

Few friendly staff but I have spent way more time doing my health checks that I should have. Expect LONG wait times.
