Absolutely disappointing, hopeless and incorrect on this occasion. Phone hold times are often up to and over 30 minutes, and "booked" appointment calls are often at least 40 minutes late. This time, no legitimate attempt was made to contact me for my appointment that I was then told by Noor at reception was no longer available. I went to so much effort to brief the GP with photos, reports and peak flow results prior to the "no go" telehealth consultation (that I am now ASKED TO REVIEW WITH A BIG "THANK YOU FOR VISITING" - que pasa? !
I am in pain, have trouble walking and can hardly breathe. The Friday appointment was the only way for me to achieve referrals necessary for some urgent radiology and specialist appointments. The experience (or lack of it) has blown out my symptoms of anxiety and PTSD and I feel like I would be better off dead. Thanks for nothing High Street Medical Centre reception staff. JP Swallow

Had to wait 6 days for a telehealrh appointment. Dr called 2 hours and 15 minutes late when I couldn't take the call. Waited over 40 mins on hold and no one answered at reception. Please look up the definition of appointment.

Hi Management,
I have visited this place with my family for visa medical exam which was booked by 10: 30 AM and they attend us around 1 o clock,

Dr Moushumi Hossain was the worse person we met, She been very very very rude with me, my wife and my 5 years old son and I don't know how many others.

After waiting 3 hours with kids I was stressing out, nurse took my BP check 2 times which was high and the she said just relax I am going to forward you to doctor by that time you will be fine and she will check your BP again, when I went to her room she was rude and she didn't have even PB test machine, rather that she check my PB again she added another test which I have to pay and she gave me refer letter to see my GP which made me more stressful because I don't know what report she is going to forward to immigration.

I never saw a doctor with this attitude in my life, she look like been forced to do that job, I been treated like I am third class citizen or prisoner, girls are at reception friendly but process of medical examination doesn't exist at that place, everyone waiting for more than three hours. X-ray took one minute but that person is missing and you might have to wait there too.

I went back home and checked my BP which was normal but still I have to visit GP and get report from him to submit to immigration

I will raise my voice everywhere and also I taking up this matter to Bupa and immigration department, if any stage its become a problem about my visa process I will take the whole center specially Dr Moushumi Hossain to court for that sort of treatment, I spend almost 18K for my whole family visa process which is not a small amount.

I am offering all concerned people (Immigration, Bupa and Owner of that business) visit randomly that place and find out what is happening there.

This is happening in Australia not in third world country where people don't have right to speak, whoever read this review please take it seriously. If someone want to contact I am available, thanks for your time

If i could give 0 stars for their customer service i would! How the hell do you explain more than an hour and 20min wait to get through to actually speak to someone and still holding? I wish some of the more efficent doctors would choose to move elsewhere! Absolutely pathetic!

Wish I could give zero stars. Had a 1: 40pm telehealth consult. They didn't call for 40 min after the set time so I rung up the clinic. While I was on hold to the clinic, the doctor rung me. Now I've been on hold for nearly a bloody hour trying to get through to someone and nothing. Needless to say, I will never be booking here again.

The worse medical experience i my life!

Receptionist and management sounds very good and accomodating.

Booked 3 pm for medical checkup for 2yo kid. Called to move time ahead because doctor wants to leave early. Was there at 12pm. After 2.5 hours waiting, the BUPA DOCTOR, Dr. Moushumi Hossain the lady is very very rude. I don’t feel she has right to speak and treated me like that.

And previous patient just confirmed that she was very rude to him too but unfortunaly the receptions cut our conversation when i was about to ask his phone number as witness.

I know it’s hard time for everyone, staffing etc. Maybe bupa can’t send good doctors or whatever

But speaking to me like that. I rather not getting anything done!

If i could give 0 starts i will do it 100 times. As business owners and customers too this is very bad for preston medical.

My wife came back shortly to possibly complete the process as offered by the receptionist, when receptionist tried to get her in the doctor REFUSED.she even heard that the doctor argue with reception that said “IT’S HER LOSS”. We ended up going with nothing. What a waste of time

Answer your phone. I am always on hold for at least 15 minutes before I give up. This is not a recent problem. No I don't want to make an appointment via the app. If I could give zero stars I would.

Rang Medical Centre to make an appointment to see my doctor for him to show me how to use some medicine. I was on the phone for 40 minutes then got disconnected. Rang again 10minutes later got disconnected. Rang a 3rd time - on the phone for 25 minutes. I hung up and went around to the clinic ang made my appointment and have to wait 11 days to see him. They apologized and said they were short staffed and I could make an appointment online - a lot of elderly do not have computers

Today i came there for medical health check. Unfortunately, my appointment was changed to another day but i actually didnot know that; something was wrong and it meant that i had to come back later. However, the receptionist was pretty nice, she tried to help me reschedule my appointment immediately so i can get the medical health check. Furthermore, all staffs were truly nice and friendly.

Have been to this clinic once for a blood test and a doctors appointment. Waited over an hour to be seen by a doctor who I had booked an appointment with, and then waited a further 30 minutes for the blood test to be completed. Since then I have attempted to get access to my results and have had an appointment cancelled due to the doctor calling in sick without any notification of this occurring, and was hung up on three times while trying to call the reception to figure out what was going on.

I understand a high pressure and demand situation and all, however the professionalism is down right appalling.

I was lucky to get the link from bupa that I be able to book my appointments before someone else on 21 Oct 2021 and it has been canceled for 3 times since lockdown. I had appointments for visa health check with this clinic on 1 November and I got canceled suddenly on Friday 29 Oct. I got call nearly 6 pm to cancel my appointments and I get forced to rescheduled otherwise I have to wait for Bupa visa health check to reopen again and might not be able to booking until next year. I hope no surprise to cancel it again. If you not ready shouldn’t open the spot for visa health check. For you might be nothing but for me it means a lot and we have been waiting for long time since lockdown and it about all of my future. I hope you be professional enough.

Have been going to this clinic for a couple of years now and unfortunately the reception staff still have attitude and come across as uninterested and rude. Its a shame as this clinic is big has a diverse range of good doctors, lots of facilities like blood and scans and spacious waiting areas.

I understand times are hard and we at time don't want to work on a weekend. People skills need to still happen and a smile does not cost anything in customer service either. You feel better and the patient will too. I have been coming since I was a child and going to consider find something closer as the service is lacking in the essential

This place made me do couple of test (blood, Urine, 24 hour bpm) and never called me back or anything. I still don't know what the hells are the results after months passed.

Could never get a appointment in emergencies, wouldnt give my dying dad his usual pain medication when his usual doctor wasn't there and he was refused help, even though the alternative was dying at home because of mistrust for hospitals.

The staff at receptionist need to improve or Professional Development for staff how to deal with customers. Regarding lockdown. I've called them few times to check if my appointment need to cancel but no one is answered my calls. I've received a confirmation for my appointment. So I replied that Y to confirmed that I am coming. When I came to the clinic and the receptionist said no doctor to see me today they called me but I didn't answer the phone. I asked them why you didn't leave a message on my phone and why you sent a text message confirm appointment to me. They answered they don't know. I said I tried to call you few times before I come but no one answered. They think it was my fault because I didn't answer the phone. I was on the phone how can I answered their call. They should leave a message on my phone.
