Walked around for 15 or so minutes both inside and out and not one person would bat an eyelid at me.even whie inside looking at the new mazda 3 which i was interested in knowing some more about.but guess ill have to go learn some more about other brands instead

I went to look at a particular used car. Walked around for a bit out the front, and no one came out. Eventually, headed inside, and what I assume were the new car sales people in their nice suits came to chat to us, but then got someone else to deal with us, from out the back for a used car.
Used car guy game out, and didn't seem particularly happy. I was half keen to buy a particular car, but the guy wouldn't budge even $1 in the price on a 8 year old used RAV4.he seemed a bit defensive that I even asked if the price was negotiable.
I understand if people have tight margins, but the sales people could be nice about it and may be they will still sell the car. May be they get hammered by the public trying hard negotiation, I'm not sure?

The staff here were super helpful we took a few different cars out for a test drive today and were surprised by the quality and lux feel of these cars!

I feel like this place has become a victim of their own success; the salesmen therewere not really interested in negotiating and kept telling us that there were heaps of orders for the Mazda 3 and that there was a long back log. That is fine but in the end, we as potential buyers are here to business not hear excuses. Sorry to say but we ended up going to Ringwood Mazda whom were much more forthcoming in terms of negotiating and working with us towards outcome. Your reminder letter that was sent months after we first enquired asking if I was still interested in buying has come as too little, too late.

I purchased a new CX-5 Akera last week. It’s my 3rd car from GWS Mulgrave. I keep going back as the customer service is amazing. I felt valued and in Good hands. This is the second brand new car, the other being pre owned. Regardless, I was looked after from sale to service and everything in between. They will bend over backwards to make you happy, it’s evident that customer satisfaction is more important than their bottom line, which is rare. I recommend trying them out and validating my experience yourself.

Overpriced Cars. I heard they wind the odometer back then jack the price up on used cars. Probably why they're so defensive on negotiating price. Easier to walk away.

Lovely team at Garry and Warren. Bought my first Mazda after going to a few other dealers and having negative experiences I was astounded by the fun and kindness provided by everyone here. My salesman was Robert an absolute champ! He made me feel welcome and thoroughly went above and beyond. Would highly recommend for all things car related!

Very poor customer service and behaviour. Such unprofessional and rude behaviour from someone managing such a big organisation is simply unacceptable.

Spare parts is useless. Have tried calling on 3 occasions, sent an email, left a voicemail message with my telephone number - still no response. Don't waste your time with these tossers.
