I bought a Mazda3 from there in 2017, car was fine but they forgot to take pictures for rego and had to make me come back in?
Then they also never added the boot cover in the hatch, had to come in for that and oops, didn't have it even though they asked me to come in that day so I had to come in another day?

And to top it all off they have constantly spammed me with text messages which you apparently can't opt out of?

WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN FROM THEM.

Horrible experience. Booking dates were changed at their end without confirming my availability and later realized service guy promised me a Loan car even though it wasn't available on that day.

Mazda GWS is the best place to have your car serviced! Their customer service is an unrivaled experience. They organize pick up and drop off services so you don’t have to worry about transportation. If you plan in advance, they even offer a complimentary car loan so you can continue driving even while your car is in the shop. They also cleaned the interior and exterior surface of my car. Truly pleasant people who are genuine in the service they provide. I’ve been to many other Mazda dealerships but Mazda GWS goes above and beyond to ensure convenience, flexibility and comfort. Kevin who picked me up from my home and sent me to Springvale station is a lovely man! I appreciate his kindness and prompt service

My beautiful 2003 Holden had a surprise passing 2 weeks ago so I had to purchase a new car unexpectedly. We got the news from the mechanic on the Saturday evening. Thankfully this dealership was open on the Sunday. I called to book an appointment and spoke to a friendly receptionist who took down my details and advised me a sales person would get in touch. Within 5 minutes, I was contacted by a gentlemen by the name of Luky, who greeted me and talked me through all of my options before booking a same day appointment. He was incredibly thorough, and amiable throughout the call. Once we arrived we were greeted by a polite staff member by the name of Kim who directed us to our seats and advised us that Luky was attending a test drive and would arrange another consultant to assist- his name was Kevin. He was very knowledgable and like everyone so far, friendly when showing us the new stock of Mazda cars. We had mentioned to him that we were looking for used cars as well, to which he pointed us towards Matt. Matt was very switched on, energetic and on the ball with his information and pointed us in the direction of my soon-to-be car. After the test drive, we sat down, finalised all the details with Angelina, whom like Matt, was very energetic, and on to it. On a seperate note, she had the best nails I had ever seen- very shiny. We were then pointed towards Rebecca- who is an absolute gem of a Business Manager and incredibly outgoing- who assisted us with the finances. Over the course of the next week, we went back and forth between negotiations before coming to the final deal- to which Rebecca was very quick, communicative, and helpful with. We organised for a car pick up today, whom was handled by Uday, who was extremely informative, friendly, and helpful in teaching me what all about the Mazda3. After all the fun stuff was completed, I was then greeted by Anthony, the manager, who went over the final details of the contract. Though our interaction was brief, he was friendly, considerate, and lively. Even if I didn't meet him, if his staff members and their level of customer service were any indication of his management style/personality, then Garry and Warren Smith Mazda have an excellent manager running the room! Overall, I am a happy customer and would recommend anyone to use this dealership- I most certainly will in the future.

The customer service experience for vehicle service is very poor. 2nd time in a year after getting notification for vehicle pick up, I still had to wait for them to organise paperwork, pathetic

They are the best in Melbourne. I bought two mazda's from them and the experience was amazing. Hats off to Anthony and Matt for looking after me. Highly recommend this dealership.

Went to a couple of Mazda dealers and knew exactly what I wanted for the price I was after. Gave them the last crack at winning our business as they are my local dealer.

I wanted a brand new cx5 maxx sport with the usual extras like metallic paint, tint and mats. Told them they have to beat $36k which I was confident it should be a fairly straightforward task. I was upfront and honest with them that I've been to a few dealers already and I was ready to sign the deal.

Surprisingly They did not bother and walked me out and told me to get it from the dealer who offered me $36k.

Drove to another dealer 20 minutes away and got the exact car for $35,500.

I would be happy to pay high $35k. Ah well.

I can't speak for the dealer who was happy to sell the car to me at the price I wanted if they were making a loss or not.

As a consumer, I am buying the product at the right price and also the service provided. The dealer provided both.

Since then, I referred another two to them. The dealer nabbed almost $90k based on my recommendations.

Had an amazing experience at this dealership. The buying experience was so smooth and they make every customer feel important. Special shout-out to Robert who was an excellent salesman. He was witty and knew everything I wanted to know about the car. They were happy to negotiate prices as well as the finance! Highly recommend this dealership for anyone keen on buying a Mazda.

Being a car enthusiast and having a great experience during my visit here, I can tell you GWS Mazda is the right place to be when purchasing a car. Matt, the salesman assigned to me, gave the best deal across melboourne, based on my personal experience​, visiting most of the dealerships in the city. My advice would be to do your own research but definitely visit GWS and have a word with Matt if you ever plan on purchasing a Mazda.

The worst experience getting my car serviced. Staff were very rude and I was told to arrive at 11.30 as the mechanics shut at 12pm. I was waiting there until 12.20pm. Absolutely no consideration for their clients lives and especially time. I will not be coming back to this dealer for a service.

Came here on Friday the 1st of November at approximately 11am. My partner and I were looking at cars outside for approximately 10 minutes and nobody approached us so we moved inside and waited another 5 minute until a lady behind the desk asked what we were after. I said that I wanted to enquire about one the cars outside and she called someone to help us. Unfortunately I’m not sure of the salespersons name as they didn’t introduce themselves and just asked us what we wanted, I asked about one of the cars outside and he told me that it was open and to have a look. We went back out and he just watched me look through the car without saying a word. No test drive offered, no information, nothing. After about 5 minutes my partner and I had enough of the terrible customer service and left. The salesperson acted as though we were an inconvenience and were wasting his time.
We went to Ringwood Mazda where the service was absolutely outstanding from the moment we entered and purchased a 2018 Mazda 3!
