Garry and Warren Smith Mazda reviews
90I had a great experience when buying a CX-5. Tarek was fantastic and Uday even gave me a spare key.
Uday Bector from used car department was very professional, caring and looked after me really well. I would recommend Uday for any car purchase.
Sold my Mazda 2 to Mr Uday Bector - friendly, smooth and fast transaction for a good price.
Uday was helpful and friendly to deal with and gave me a good deal on my car. I cannot speak highly enough of Anthony- I was very impressed by his calm, personable demeanour. He was friendly, very well informed and straight forward in his approach to organising finance.
Overall the experience was a breeze!
Very good experience with GWS Mazda and thanks to Salve/Monique for being so hands since Day1. The sales process and handover were so smooth and gave us an overall great customer experience. Would highly recommend!
We bought our first brandnew car with ease. Salve assisted us very well and gave us all the information we needed. She was very accommodating and gave us a stress free process in obtaining our brandnew car by trading in our old car. Thank you for the superb service Gary and Warren Smith.
I don’t normally submit reviews but the excellent buying and delivery experience facilitated by Tarek Sidky, with no trouble being too much, required one!
Completely satisfied with the customer service! We definitely recommend Ms Monique/Salve who was very accommodating and attentive to all of our questions. We had a wonderful experience and we look forward in visiting them for future transactions.
Great customer service, excellent rundown of the purchase process and the features of the cars. Very happy with my experience
I recently purchased a used car from GWS, and it feels like a brand new car. Special Thanks to Uday for his work with the smooth process for purchasing the car and his support after I received the car.
Consider this a warning to anyone considering Mazda: Make sure to steer clear of Robert Howlett and his unprofessional antics. Your car-buying experience should be exciting and enjoyable, not marred by the presence of someone who lacks the basic understanding of how to treat customers with respect.
If you love unprofessionalism and your privacy violated then go to Robert Howlett from Mazda!
He will take your mobile number and send you creepy messages asking you out on a date! Wow! That's fantastic customer service!
Needless to say, I will not be gracing that dealership with my presence ever again!
Oh, let me share with you the charming tale of Robert Howlett from Mazda. Picture this: I hand over my personal mobile number, expecting responsible communication about my vehicle. But little did I know, Robert had other plans. He decided it was the perfect opportunity to transform into a sleazy Casanova and bombard me with inappropriate texts, asking me out on a date. Bravo, Robert, bravo.
I must say, his audacity knows no bounds. Who needs professional boundaries when you can pester customers with unwanted advances, right? Clearly, Mazda's screening process for employees lacks a crucial "Don't be a creepy stalker" checkmark.
Let me introduce you to a shining example of unprofessionalism: Robert Howlett.
His antics alone are enough to make a lasting impression. Brace yourself for a journey into the depths of cringe.
So there I was, innocently dealing with Robert at Mazda. Little did I know, he had a knack for turning professional interactions into an awkward sideshow. Instead of focusing on my car needs, Robert decided to play the role of an unwelcome suitor, bombarding me with uncomfortable messages asking me out. How utterly charming.
If you enjoy the thrill of being objectified and enduring a masterclass in awkwardness then by all means, seek Robert during your car shopping adventures, but for those who value professionalism, respect and a modicum of social intelligence, I highly recommend steering clear.
If you value your privacy and expect respectful treatment, steer clear of Mazda and their employee Robert Howlett. It's a shame that such unprofessional behavior tarnishes the reputation of the entire dealership.
As for Robert, he should brush up on what it means to be a professional and leave his personal agenda at the door. Reported his behavior? You bet. Let's hope the appropriate authorities take notice and put an end to his disturbing and creepy conduct.
I recently had the misfortune of encountering Robert Howlett at Mazda. While I expected a professional experience, Robert took it upon himself to exploit my personal mobile number and send inappropriate messages, thinking it was appropriate to ask me out on a date. How charming.
It's abundantly clear that Robert lacks any understanding of professional boundaries, ethics, or basic decency. His creepy actions left me feeling violated and utterly disgusted. Needless to say, I won't be setting foot in that dealership ever again.
Went here just to inquire about cx-5 on a saturday morning, and was greeted by Salve (Monique). Customer service was really top notch, everything was explained in detailed and provided alot of good options and good advice. Even the place was really clean and nice, it felt cozzy.
Very poor service, mismanaged, leave you wait for hours and all of these trouble with premium fees for servicing car. Definitely not my preferred option.
Took delivery of my Mazda 3 yesterday. Great experience all around. Uday Bector (salesperson) was fantastic - knowledgeable, transparent and provided a high level of service. Everything was smooth and efficient and I recommend Garry and Warren Smith to anyone looking for their next car.
I was not expecting for corners to be cut. They marked tyre rotation done, but actually it hasn't been done. They mark spare tyre checked and Okay, while it's slashed cut, so it hasn't even been checked.
Over the phone they confirmed the service includes tyre balance, and after the service, I asked if it has been done but clearly it hadn't. I then ask for the service manager to contact me and was promised twice he would call me back - its now 2 days. Unprofessional, lack of supervision is all over the place. Will not be coming back.
