Was my first "Zoom-Zoom" experience. I am impressed with service and courtesy received. I asked for further information on the "Bells & Whistles" and it was not a problem. It was all explained and more. The car washed and vacuumed very well.

Purchased a CX5 GT Turbo, all my questions was answered. Luky's service was never to push you to buy the car and not focus to make a sale, he provided everything you may need to know about the vehicle and your options the dealership can provide.
During COVID no CX5 turbo was available for a test drive. Luky even went the extra miles and arrange one of the Sales Manager vehicle on the weekend for test drive. Also best part was the DEALS! I was extremely happy with the deal he gave

Purchased a used Mazda3 a few weeks ago. Was put through to Uday Bector who made the transaction super smooth and painless. I even got a red gigantic bow on the car the day of pickup. Everyone at the dealership congratulated me for the purchase, even though it's only a used car. This is the second time I dealt with this dealership. The first time was more than 25 years ago, and the car I bought off them is still running. Highly recommend this dealer. Go to Uday for second-hand purchase. The team work is great here. If he can't help, he will put you in touch with someone else who can.

I purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Salve this weekend. The service Salve provided is very professional and wonderful. I came to the store twice and she was always patient and friendly. I am very satisfied with the whole process from car introduction, test drive, price quotation to the end. Austin and Angelina also helped a lot. I am very happy to buy my first car from GWS Mazda and I will definitely recommend you to my friends.

Was offered a "courtesy car" tohave a recall issue fixed. Thought wow amazing, great service until I got there handed over my keys and was informed at the very last minute that there is a $2,500 excess if I was to have an "at fault" accident but I could pay $11 to have this "reduced" to $1,500. Pure extortion! Why should I pay more excess than I do on my own car insurance. If they had explained that at the time I made the booking I would have gone elsewhere. Waiting until you are there and have signed all the paperwork until they tell you this is deceitful.

We bought our CX5 from GWS with the help of Salve. Superb, unhurried service and she went way beyond our expectations. Grateful that she is assisting the Filipino community here in Melbourne. Highly recommended!
