Got my CX-5 from GWS Mazda. Salve, Robert and Simon were all very helpful for a smooth process of getting a car as early as possible with all the delays going on. Car specifications were well presented and explained. Also, Rebecca’s assistance with finance and insurance process was a great help. As a new driver, I don’t have any idea of how these things work and they all help me through. Thank you GWS Mazda Team for going above and beyond with your efforts! I walked into Garry and Warren smith Mulgrave and was looking for a car for my son being his first car, I was approached by a young smart, well dressed, confident salesman Uday Bector, he helped us find a vehicle suitable for my son advised and guided us through a smooth and confident transaction of the sale of the vehicle.
Garry and warren smith should be proud to have an aspiring salesman like Uday Bector working for them, I would like to recommend Garry and Warren smith Mulgrave to buy new and used cars. Car salesman like Uday should be commended for their service, commitment and patience.

Took my car in for service on the 23rd of November. After collecting the car, we then realised that our USB has been thief during our car service. We called up on the following Monday in hoping of a resolution to the issue but unfortunately no one couldn’t return my phone calls as I called numerous times to have this issue rectified only to be avoided by the staff over the phone.
A week and a half later, yet no phone call regarding the issue only again to be avoided with no manager to speak upon the issue.
It’s clear that they don’t value their loyal customers that has been returning to the same branch for years.

My partner and I are blown away from the fantastic experience we received today with our car service. Kyle was warm, helpful and genuine. Gary and Warren Smith Mazda will always have business with us in the future! Thank you!

This was my first time purchasing a new car and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tarek and Rebecca were amazing and took their time to explain all aspects of buying a new car to me from finance to features. They were caring and answered every question I had. There was also a sense of luxury with the whole experience including the beautiful showroom itself.

I had a terrible experience while buying my very first car at GWS. Seems the sales and finance team are very unprofessional. I love my car but the whole experience of getting it was very painful and my finance application completely botched up. I would recommend to choose another dealership that values customers and is just not targeting quotas at EOFY.

Luky from sales team was great all through the process from initial discussions to test drive to contract setup and delievery. Also Business manager Rubecca was great. I recently purchased my CX5 from here. Though experienced a long lead time but still satisfying with the people and service here. Ken as my sales man was very approachable and professional. He has always been communicative and informative in the whole process of decision making and car deliverying. Ken's collegue Frank also did a great job in the new car handover process. Definitely recommanded.

Matt & Rebecca couldn’t have been more help during this process of purchasing my dream car. Matt didn’t come across pushy as a lot of car sales people can be & I have experienced in the past. He listened to everything I had to say & during our negotiations he was not condescending or rude. We talked everything through like gentlemen & that I believe is how we both found our happy medium & made the deal.
Then when it came to finance, Rebecca was the absolute best. She basically did everything for me & within 2 days I was picking up my Mustang.
Very very happy with everything, I couldn’t recommend these two people & GWS Mazda enough.

Unequivocally amazing service from this dealership, especially Ian Preest. Nothing was too difficult be it a call ahead of time or just arriving on the day and asking for assistance. Ian was very prompt in getting a technical answers, something the Frankston Dealership, where I purchased my car from failed in miserably. I am on my 3rd Mazda because Mazda is an brand I have had no issues with and certainly this will be my dealership when I am seeking my 4th Mazda. Just brilliant. Thank you all.

Excellent experience. We have been customers at Garry Warren Smith Mazda Glen Waverley since 2013 and have referred other purchasers to GWS Mazda in that time. We have 2 Mazda vehicles and have had them both serviced here the entire time. We we looking to trade in my Mazda 2 and upgrade to a larger vehicle. We were tossing up between the CX-3 and the CX-30. We stopped by to have a quick look. Luky Aboetan was so informative and attentive from the word go. He took the time and listened to what we were looking for. We booked a test drive and quickly decided to go with the CX-30. We were given a very good trade in price and we were very well looked after through the whole process. We had to wait 2 months for our vehicle to arrive but we were kept up to date by Luky on a very regular basis. We picked up our car today and we couldn't be happier. The handover was meticulous. Luky explained the workings of the car inside and out very well. Thanks Luky.

Was recommend by a friend who purchased their car from Luky. I was blown away by Lukys service when I stepped into the showroom of Mazda. His enthusiasm and knowledge in regards to the Mazda selection is phenomenal. His attention to detail must also be highlighted. From purchasing to pick up Luky would always make sure that I was in the loop and kept updated. I would recommend Luky to anyone who is interested in owning or selling their vehicle. The service provided from purchase to pickup up as well as follow up calls to check in with how the new vehicle is. Luky has gone above and beyond.

This happened 3 times when I was booking their service online, it was clearly shows that they have available date for service and then you will be told no sorry mate all fully booked, why are you not updating your website to let customer know about it? Why even keep online booking for what? So you can turn customer down again and again?

Salve was an excellent person to speak on buying a new car! She was a great listener and also very knowledgeable. The GWS team was fantastic to be honest.
