My parcel was delivered to a neighbour who returned to sender. Once I tracked it back to DAI they were so very helpful in getting it re-dispatched to me. It was not a simple re-deliver as I live in Perth and parcel was in Melbourne. Thankfully I happened to be in Melbourne that week so they arranged re-delivery to my hotel. Great service - thank you DAI!

Seller on eBay didn't wanna change delivery address as worried they won't delivery to parcel lockers run by Australia post. Not only did they use aus post for last mile shipmemt but they tracked parcel for me every stage of the way

Excellent and quick service. Our parcel got lost because of a mistake by the sender. They did nothing but Marie from DAI Post made an effort and found the parcel and has sent it in no time. Thank you very much.

Excellent customer service (Jamaica), would go extra miles to track a missing parcel by providing constant update and followup (call back and emails). Five stars!

I contacted DaiPost in relation to my parcel coming from U. S. A.
Jamaica Anagap was very helpful.
Contacted the right person to see where my parcel was.
Emailed me the update of my parcel same day.
Also followed up the next day as parcel was delivered.
Great service!
All other companies should take note

Parcel hold up came as surprise but on checking info provided by US store I could understand why Customs needed to check. Assistance provided and direction given by DAI Post ensured Custom's queries quickly resolved and my goods in the Post Box the next day.

Absolutely fantastic company! They went above and beyond when my package was addressed incorrectly from online shopping order and followed up with me with constant updates and delivered to me the next day. Super impressed such friendly, awesome customer care:)

They got the package from DHL which had the wrong address but they when the package was returned to DIA they re sent my package free of charge on express to make sure I got it before my trip to Melbourne!

5/5 stars for the amazing customer support, fast responses, and always keeping me in the loop via email!

Excellent customer service.
They went above and beyond when I accidentally typed wrong address in my online order. Constantly keeping me update and Jamaica even sent screenshot of my re-ship parcel tracking status to my email so that I know that my parcel will be arriving today. Im so thrilled to receive my parcel today without it being sent back to UK thanks to DAI amazing customer service.

My book ordered from The Book Depository was lost in transit. My efforts to resolve the matter direct with TBD were unsuccessful with extremely bad customer service. Subsequently, I approached DAI to intervene on my behalf. This they did and my book has now been received. Thank you DAI (Prescilla). TBD could do well to employ your levels of customer service.

Great service! I contacted Dai Post as I was waiting on a package. Good response time then kept me up to date the entire way with emails even though the package was transferred to Australia Post.

Excellent customer service provided by Prescila. It’s was my own fault I put the wrong buliding on my parcel, the shop I brought it off was not helpful in helping me correct the address.
Prescila and the team went out of the way to track it down for me, correct the address and have it redelivered to me. During the whole process they kept me up to date as well! I had given up on my parcel in the beginning. Thank you so much for the customer service and going out of your to help me. Leanne M.

Found my missing parcel and stopped it from being sent back to England by the unreliable Australia Post. Delivered it within a few days to my address with no fuss, and kept an eye on the parcel for me to ensure it was delivered.
