Great phone customer service. Helped me recieve my misplaced package. Although theres a long waitline on the phone maybe more operators would help.

My parcel went astray due to the local partner carrier not making a serious attempt to deliver and not leaving any indication of the one delivery attempt. This was unsatisfactory. When contacting DAI Post in Melbourne, where the parcel sat for a couple of months (!), they were very helpful and it was then delivered rapidly. So, a mixed experience.

I’d like to thank Prescila for tirelessly following up a parcel that had been delayed over a month due to errors by Couriers Please. I have now finally received it, and am very appreciative of her help.

My parcel was held up by Customs. DESPITE TEN (yes 10) phone calls, just before I got to the top of the queue, I got CUT OFF.

I want to express my gratitude to Jezrel Villamor, Customer Service rep.at DAI Post (Australia) for the prompt response in tracking down a delayed parcel shipped from the US to Singapore. I finally received my parcel 2 weeks after it arrived into Singapore, which points to a fundamental problem in their local delivery system and/or their local delivery partner.

Hands down the worst postage/courier company on the planet. Could have walked barefoot from brisbane to sydney faster than they took to deliver my item. I also was number 1 in the cue on the phone everyday for about 2 weeks, Being number one is cool, but I never ended up getting through to speak to a human.

Originally contacted DAI 's Australia office about an item that had meant to be delivered 2 weeks earlier. Got disconnected first time round and had to call back the next day. CS agent John stated it was due to the address being a Parcel Locker, however, no one contacted me about re-routing it to a home address. Finally got re-shipped. Waited 3 weeks for the item to travel 1 state. Called John. Said he would call me back, did not. Called again 3 days later. Was told they were awaiting information. A week later I was told the item is officially lost (polite speak for 'our driver stole your silver jewelry purchase'). When I enquired into having the value refunded, I was told to seek one from the seller. When I replied that the seller did the right thing, and the blame lay squarely with the drivers, I was told the company has no insurance policy! So, my advice - do NOT use this delivery service. If items are being stolen within the company, and they have no insurance to reimburse individuals, it shows how dishonest and unethical the company is. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

A lady called Marie was always very quick to respond to my Emails - I did worry, when the customs bill came and then I didn't receive my parcel. I thought I may have been scammed - Rest assured, Marie was quick to respond and then chase my parcel. Thanks Marie!

Thank you to Presila from DAI Post, I give ten stars because of this lovely lady, who tried for over a month to sort out the problem I had with a dreadful courier service called Aramex / Fastways! The end result was not great at all from Aramex/Fastways, but Presila tried so hard for me and called me every time she said she would! DAI have wonderful people answering calls eg Mary and John and of course the wonderful Presila who tried so hard for me! Thank you Presila your great and very patient. DAI are lucky to have you on board! Jennifer.

Great service, I had a missing package sent from the UK, they tracked it down and sent me updates regularly and a tracking number when it became available. Grateful for their help:)

They were not able to help without a tracking number but once I had that - they were really good. For some reason they don’t deliver to Australia Post which is a shame as there’s a delivery door especially for
Couriers.they don’t miss out on the fee and I wouldnt have to find alternative couriers

Excellent customer service. Kept me informed via email, the status of the redirection of my parcel. If only the Aussie Post customer service rep that i contacted prior DAI Post tried assist as much as DAI, my parcel would not have risked been sent back overseas and then have to incur paying shipping costs to have it re-sent. Thank you very much Prescila and the team @ Dai Post.

Abosutly disgraceful service showed that they had my parcel for 24 days then I call them to see what the problem was and they say they don’t have it and it’s been short shipped no phone call no nothing and they wouldn’t even call me to tell me this they sent an email absolutely no care and told to take it up elsewhere
