After Courier please marked my parcel as return to sender back to USA, I phoned DAI post and spoke to Claire who was very very helpful. She arranged to redeliver my parcel with Australia post and it came within the week! Super happy with DAI post:)

There was a mix up with my address but all it took me was just a phone call and everything was easily resolved!

At first, I was concerned with the reviews here. However, after I reached out and contacted DAI, I was in good hands. Mary checked on the status of the postage and followed up with me with every update.

My parcel arrived via Couriers Please and Mary even followed up to ensure I had received the package. Great service!

There are huge delays with shipping right now, so try to be patient with your deliveries.

I have been told by UPS that my overdue package has been taken to DAI post. DAI have made no attempt as far as I know to make a delivery or contact me and they are completely uncontactable by phone or email so I don't know how I'm supposed to get it. Feeling very frustrated right now!

Still waiting on my package which has been in DAI hands since 30/12. Rotten service and I would say my package is “lost”. The retailer is still hopeful trying to track down my delivery.

Just waited over 2 hours on the phone to find my parcels got to you are number one to be answered next & they hung up on me it was like a bad episode of friends

This company is useless, they have been holding onto my parcel since it arrived on the 25th December in Brisbane. I’ve tried to contact them but they don’t answer emails and cut your calls off. I’m so frustrated and I have already contacted A Current Affair because the way they are operating is a scam

My parcel was held up in customs. Once I contacted John at DAI he forwarded my query to Marie in Customs. She located and had the parcel released and sent on to me. Always checking on status until delivery. Thanks for your prompt and excellent customer Service DAI

The positive reviews have to be bogus. This is the worst customer service ever. My parcel arrived is Australia from US 14 December and nothing since then - no movement on the parcel tracking. I have been in the phone queue for 2 hours and 9 minutes and moved from position 26 to 9. It's now 5.42pm on Friday so I full expect the phone to disconnect soon. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Zero stars

Amazing service! Had been waiting many weeks for a shipment from USA, and was beginning to worry I had been scammed. DAI contacted me for some details to clear the goods through Customs, then promptly shipped the goods to me. Very happy with the help they provided.

Mixed experience. DAI was a partner carrier. They stuffed up the original delivery - it had sat with them for 3 weeks without being delivered. Turns out it has been sent back to their warehouse for no apparent reason. Once I called though, they fixed it relatively quickly.

Cannot call these guys, every time i call the wait is 20 to 30 callers that you have to wait for, I waited for 1 hour and the call dropped out. I also have sent multiple emails without a single reply. Do not use this courier. My shipment shows as incorrect address and undeliverable. The address is correct as I confirmed with the sender. AVOID!

Honestly the worst courier company I've ever had to deal with. I've just spent 35 minutes on the phone progressing from 19th in line/queue only to get to number 2 in line and then have the call drop. This happened to me yesterday as well, however, I progressed from 13th in line to 5th before it dropped the call. Both times I called on a landline, so no mobile reception issues to contend with. They have lost one of my parcels (confirmed by the retailer utilising their service) and the second parcel they've "attempted" to deliver twice. I say "attempted" as I work from home 8am - 6pm every day (Mon-Fri) and nobody attempted delivery. No knock at the door, ringing of my doorbell, phone call made (they have my number on the order) ; or calling card left. My delivery has now been returned to the USA (after waiting 7 weeks to receive it). Seems like everybody else is experiencing the same issue. Would give 0 stars if possible.

UPDATE: After my 5th attempt calling through, I spoke to somebody (Claire). Claire was very apologetic on behalf of the company and was rather helpful, which was lovely. The issues above are obviously not the fault of those answering the phone, but rather the company itself. My opinion on the company has not changed, but at least when I did finally speak with somebody she was helpful. Thank you to Claire.

Worst Couriers I have ever spoken to. I have a lost package and they do not respond to email nor do they answer calls. Absolute scammers.

My parcel had been held for customs in some reason, So I contacted DAI.
They served me very nice and helpful.
Also, cared about it until I received them properly.
