Twice now I have waited on hold, from 13 down to 1, only to have someone hang up on me.
25+ mins of wait time. Wasted.
I am still waiting on my call back from 10 days ago, that was promised I would have a call back in 48hours.
I'm still waiting on my package that has been with DIA for 3 weeks.

I was very pleased with the help in sorting out the problem with Customs. We had a parcel disappeared into Customs which was eventually located and asked me to provide details of the shipment which we have now received via DAI who forwarded it through Australia Post.

Excellent customer service, provided you send them an email. Once an email was sent enquiring about the status of my order, they acted promptly Also they care about about the customer satisfaction. I would use them again.

Despite my initial experience being a bit off - only one delivery attempt made then it was returned to sender, as well as delayed response to my first email - the customer service team were exceptionally helpful and thorough after I called and lodged an inquiry regarding my parcel. Great customer service just wish they had at least re-attempted delivery instead of returning it straight back to sender.

My parcel had been processed in courier warehouse for almost a week and no further updates received. Emailed DAI ask for their assistance. They provide great customer service, followed up with courier and sorted out the issues, parcel had been delivered. Really appreciated their customer service - Mary’s assistance.

I had a little mishap where I had to move houses swiftly after ordering a product, so I had my previous address listed. I was unsure of what to do and contacted the DIA support and customer service team. I was very pleased to find myself paired up with Jezrel V. There were quite a few hurdles to jump since the parcel was already on the way to my old house but Jezrel made sure that I was notified of any updates along the way and provided amazing service as a whole. After finding and getting a hold of my package, the process was extremely quick. I received my package in just two days. Throughout the whole process, Jezrel was extremely helpful, kind and patient and I couldn’t be more happier with their service. Thank you so much!

The phone representative was very helpful in tracking down an order shipped from the USA to Australia, during a period where my home state was under COVID-19 lockdown. I appreciated their patience and rigour in unravelling the complexity of what parcel was where. International tracking sounds complicated. I have yet to receive the order, but feel 98% less stressed knowing it is on it's way:)

Calling their CS tells you are the caller number 3. After waiting for 20minutes it's say no one is available and hung up the phone.calling back same story. This is not funny

Left a signature only item sitting in damp area instead of walking 10 steps to front door. After I chased person trying to steal it and recovered my very expensive item from USA I tried to contact Braeside Office but no one about. If it says SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS SIGNATURE required then don't dump it on driveway. Home all day so no excuse. We PAY for these items to be delivered not thrown onto driveway. Easy pickings for thieves. Do your job. Simple.

I don't know who is writing the positive reviews. My guess would be the company itself. Certainly not customers! This company will not communicate with its customers, so these reviews would definitely be bogus. They will not answer the phone, nor will they return emails. Customer service is non existent. The company has no interest in helping customers at all. In fact they are actively deliberately contributing to their customers being stressed and anxious. I rang the enquiry line last Monday, trying to find the whereabouts of a parcel dispatched mid September from the US. According to tracking, arrived in Sydney on 29th October. It is now nearly half way through December and it has not moved since, tracking update page still says today the same as it did on 29th October. I waited on hold for 1 hour and 41 minutes, starting at position 26 waiting to speak to a representative and finally getting to position 2, which I was in for the last 10 minutes of the time, only to be cut off when I got through. I tried again several times and surprise surprise you do not ever get an answer. This is a complete disregard for peoples time and is absolutely disgraceful. There may be 'tracking' but you cannot contact them to ask about it so it is really good for nothing. I then sent an email enquiry on the same day, Wednesday, one one Friday, one on the next Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.no response to any of them. I have wasted hours of time and stress with this issue and I will certainly be asking companies I purchase from to review which courier they use in Australia, because my parcel can make it from America to Sydney in a month but has been sitting in the same place in Sydney for more than 40 days. Obviously they steal what they like, deliver what they don't, whenever it suits them, and customers time and stress they don't give a flying fluff about. On their website, they have a complaints process, which, is to call a number that you cannot get through on, or email info@daipost.com and request a complaint form, which, you might be surprised to know they will not respond to and hence will not send you! They only got one star because I could not select 0

Had issues and delays with a couple of parcels. Contacted DAI. Not only did they help me immediately, they continually sent me personalised emails keeping me updated on the progress. Claire was fantastic to deal with. Her customer service was exceptional.

I rang to enquire about a parcel I have received and I was treated very well all my questions were answered and I had follow up emails telling me about my package and also asking if I had received it and they are very helpful

20 days sitting in Sydney and hasn't moved, sat on phone for 2 hrs and que never moved, 31 days and still no parcel.

They were very helpful getting a parcel back to me and it came soon after I rang. Only annoyance was you seemingly get hung up on after waiting for 8ish minutes. It was frustrating having to rejoin the queue 3 times.

Package 7 days with no update and company does not answer phone / email or return phone messages. This is the black hole of courrier compaines avoid at all costs

Reached out to DaiPost and was connected with Claire Marie who has been very helpful and excellent with sorting out my package issue. I had a package from overseas and did not receive any alerts or tracking updates regarding where it was. Eventually found out they had attempted 2 deliveries and was marked undeliverable. However during these times, I was at home during those instances which they attempted to deliver. Contacted Dai Post and was in the waiting queue until was connected with Claire. Claire was able to contact their extension carrier and provided me with updates via email regarding its process and what has been happening. Finally was able to receive my package today after two months. Thank you for your help Claire

Apparently the house number was omitted from the original address. They tried for a while to obtain the correct address but I was wary that it might be a scam. Eventually added the missing number and within a few days the parcel was at the door so I thank you for persisting in obtaining the address

They don’t pick up their phones! Called twice - waited in the queue - every time it would reach my time I would hear an automated message advising me to call again later.
