Had to follow up my parcel as it was not moving and seemed to be missing, received a generic message saying they would follow up and update me, never received any update from customer service even once the parcel started moving again. Luckily the parcel has finally arrived after stilling in a sorting warehouse for 3 weeks.

DIA Costumer Service:
I had an issue with a order that was held up due to a quantus dilivery system failure. Erika Daper from DIA's customer service team kept me up to date on the status of my parcel and it arrived safely. Very happy with the transparency and quality of care I received.

Enquired about a shipment of clothing ordered from Vancouver, was sent by DHL and was held at customs to be picked up by DAI and courier delivery. Was communicated well by DAI staff and located parcel which was in transit. Was also called following day. Great service. Thanks

I had been waiting for a package and got to know the same has been lost. Then I made contact with DAI which was promptly responded to. Scott was the person who made all the efforts to find my parcel. I received updates and my package arrived within days of contacting them. Scott was extremely polite and helpful. He was constantly in touch till I recieved my parcel.

I had the best customer service, couldn't critique it. I made an enquiry and received a response just like that. Mary Joy was outstanding. Response and communication was very efficient and I received my parcel from 3rd party within 24hours. So happy with the quick action, open and friendly reply. DAI POST! You have an asset in your customer service Team. Well done.

Being in a unit I couldn't receive my parcel directly, and they didn't provide an alternate pickup location. The good customer service did provide an alternative and eventually got my parcel.

I had a lost parcel a few months ago so I contacted DAI Post to see if we could find it. The customer service I received was amazing, Mary Jo kept me updated every step of the way and we managed to find my parcel and it arrived to me in a quick time. I was really thankful that my parcel was able to be found and would recommend DAI post as an amazing courier service:)

Parcel arrived in Sydney Australia: handed to Dai post.two weeks later I receive notice it’s delivered. No tracking number: no delivery notice: no photo of same. No phone answered when I ring and leave message.it was not delivered.
The poor American company refunded me my money.
This company is an embarrassment and a disgrace.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is bloody outrageous. The last gift mum purchased for me before she passed away never turned up. It made it all the way from America to Sydney and then on to Brisbane (which is only 10km away from me!), but now it’s deemed lost. The worst thing is I have been calling, leaving messages and emails and no one is returning my calls or emails. And the last 2 reply’s by email from 2 different people were cut and pasted (almost exact word for word) saying essentially it’s lost, we can’t do anything about it, go back to the seller for a refund, bad luck. It’s not the sellers job to refund me when that’s what Dai’s insurance is for. I just want my mums gift! Do better! And will someone return my dam calls please!

Useless. Many emails before they replied to one. Suddenly my parcel had cleared customs the same time as reply email saying it had been sorted. (presume it was manually updated on system) Since then i have had no response to emails. Parcel still presumably sitting in customs for over 2 weeks. No reply to emails. No parcel. Feels too generous giving 1 star. Avoid this company if possible

Excellent service - I'd stupidly misaddressed my own address on a parcel from the UK and didn't realise it for at least a month. Expecting the parcel was going to be hopelessly lost, I phoned DAI in Australia (ok it took a while to get through), but Josh and the team located the parcel, corrected my error, issued a new tracking number and it was delivered to me shortly thereafter. DAI and AusPost are clearly a well-functioning partnership. Many thanks.

What’s the point of having contact numbers listed if they are disconnected or give you a hang up tone. I’ve been waiting for my package for 8 weeks and no way of tracking my parcel since it was handed over to Dai post from DHL- another notoriously heinous shipping company.

I want to thank DAI for their help getting my parcel and highly recommend Mary Joy Enario fromt heir customer service team.

My order from America turned into a nightmare due to it being delivered by Courier Please to a Australia Post Parcel collect address.
I've received email from DHL that the parcel was not deliverable and contacted Courier Please right away but never heard back from them and DHL informed me they can't do anything and to get in contact with DAI Post.
DAI did and mazing job, especially Mary Joy Enario!
She was so kind and helpful and kept me posted with updates what is happening.
Courier Please was so frustrating because they didn't respond but she stayed on it.
Parcel was about to be send back to America if it wasn't for her organising it to be pick up from Courier Please Depot.

I had been tracking a parcel that had gone missing, Claire from the customer service team spent several days working though all the options to track down and ultimately find my lost parcel. Thanks Claire!
