I’ve been coming to the clinic for over 5 years, lately the wait times at reception have been pathetic. I’ve had to wait over an hour after my schedualed appointment. I’m currently sitting in the waiting room for a 12: 15pm appointment and it’s currently 1: 35pm. I think it’s time to find a new clinic.

Really unnecessarily cold rude receptionist. Dark hair, glasses. I was told they're not seeing anymore patients I said no worries I thought that might be the case. She suggested a different place. When I was asking how to get there she's like 'OK, thanks for coming in see you later' basically, 'piss off' I didn't say anything but it was a downer on my day when I was already feeling horrible.
