My first visit to Betta Health Brunswick today
Very friendly and efficient front desk receptionist and an excellent meeting with Dr Philip Bolton.
Very reassuring experience overall.

My doctor did not care to see my symptoms and misdiagnosed me.

I went in pain to check my tailbone. The doctor did not even see and prescribed me higher dosage of anti-inflammatory medication. I questioned further and asked for xray but they said that is not required, even for broken tailbone patients (that was odd but I trusted cos they are a doctor)

Anyway I should have trusted my gut feeling and gone to somewhere else. I booked and arrived on time and yet I waited for 1 hour to my appointment. Thanks for wasting my money!

Admin staff excellent and Dr Saba knowledgeable, kind, empathetic and striving toward patient wellness both medically and holistically

I’m a fairly new patient at this practice. It encompasses a wide range of services. The attention, care and treatmentI I received has been of a high standard.have found all members of staff to be thoroughly professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to others.

Dr Saba Movassaghi was very knowledgeable about the issue I presented with, I would highly recommend the clinic and this doctor.

Have been here for 4 times and everytime they failed to provide service for the appointment slot I have booked in. I had to wait for at least 1 and hour to take consultation

Dr Ghassan Markabawi is simply a brilliant GP. Caring, excellent attention to detail and extremely thorough. Despite moving away from the local area, he has remained my GP. Highly recommended.

The Reception Staff are lovely.

Dr. Michael Wilmott is definitely a Doctor I will keep going back to.

Always happy with Brunswick Betta Health. Booked yesterday, in today at 10.00am (15 minutes late though). Saw Dr. Markabawi whose been there for years and always wants to genuinely help. Very thorough and explains his advice well.

Friendly and efficient process. I had my flu shot there and all went well. The nurse could have perhaps communicated why there were sometimes long delays between patients going into the treatment room, but apart from that the whole process was very well managed.
A year later: I’ve just had my 2023 flu shot with a delightful doctor who took the time to explain what’s different about this year’s dose. I enjoyed my visit to Betta Health.

Always happy to speak to Dr Naidu. Have complete confidence in her & betta health clinic. Just a shame she is so popular & always have to wait - sometimes up to an hour or more.

Others may not have had a good experience here but mine was fine today - I did have to wait about 10 mins to speak to someone when I rang but they were able to get me an appointment in 1 hours' time in the middle of the day (rang at 12pm, appointment at 1pm).

When I arrived I did have to wait 10-20 minutes after my appointment time to see Dr Michael Wilmott, but he was very efficient and helpful in giving me a medical certificate for work as I had the flu.

As a new patient I had to pay $75 with an immediate $39.75 rebate, so $35.25 out of pocket.
Existing patients pay $65 with the same rebate, so $25.25 out of pocket.

Seems this clinic is a good place if you need an appointment at short notice. As others have mentioned it seems they're busy so expect to have to wait.

At least when it was bulk billed you could look past how awful the experience was. Will not be returning to betta health. The clinic is run down and the doctor I met with was dismissive, rude and showed no care whatsoever to the point I left in tears. When I complained at the desk I was told “she was one of the better ones” - disaster.

I generally expect to wait an hour for a booked appointment. The only reason I go here is because it's bulk billed for Health Care Card holders. So I guess you get what you pay for!

The reception staff are very friendly, some of the doctors are a bit dismissive of women's health concerns. No longer bulk billing for any appointments. Very unfortunate.

I cannot post under my own name for professional reasons. I visited this GP practice for the first time this morning. It was an excellent experience right from the front desk staff, cleanliness, wait times and of course Dr Phillip Boltin. He was very experienced, knowledgeable, kind, thorough and efficient at the consult. It was an overall pleasant, satisfying experience anc I felt myself in safe hands with him. Thank you.

No longer bulk billing without concession. Turned up for an appointment this week on the basis of bulk billing being promoted on their website. Disappointed. Update your website and signage to reflect this asap.

I go to a specific doctor at this clinic.i have bren going for years and years.
This doctor is marvellous, friendly, helpful snd very professional.
I moved suburbs from the Northen Suburbs to Armadale but still travel accross the city to see this doctor.

I have been going to Betta Health for quite a number of years. Receptionist staff are excellent, friendly and welcoming. Also credit to the doctors as they give fair bit of time for each consultation to ensure they look after all your needs. The team are friendly, helpful and professional who go above and beyond. I highly recommend this clinic.
