Not recommended, my partner and I went there to seek help for mental health, however got turned around because he has no id on him. Very disappointed as we never experienced this with another clinic. What if people that they turned around really need help and because of that treatment, they decided to not seek help anymore and make their mental health worse? Might be something to think about

I have been attending Betta Health for a number of years now.
I am more than happy to recommend this practice 100%
Dr Jory instantly diagnosed me with a life threatening illness.
The required action was taken immediately, that saved my life.

Unfortunately the last 2 appointments did not happen, so I had an appointment for Monday with Dr S. W and did not receive the Telehealth call and then today I did and missed the call as I was busy and confused with the timing of the appointment, no voicemail was left and then 3 hours later another call attempt without a voicemail again and now I am calling them and waiting to be transferred to him at 4: 22pm

Bulk biller with same day walk in services. Friendly staff and doctor who saw me quickly and addressed my health issue.

Completely unhelpful. GP shrugged off my request for help to find a psychologist, and told me he does not prescribe medication I require. Further research does indicate that a permit is required for that medication, but rather than being told that, the GP simply acted like he just didn't want to.

I made an online booking with Dr Wilmott. I arrived at the appointed time and went straight in for the consultation. I found him to be friendly and attentive to my needs. He gave a thorough explanation of the purpose of the medication prescribed. The whole experience was very positive.

Saw a GP for a simple earwax removal, was lied to about having to visit a private earwax removal specialist that operates out of this clinic that had no appointments available for 2 weeks and would cost $110 out of pocket because this can't be done by the GP. When i found out this was a lie/scam from my usual GP i promptly cancelled my appointment. Lucky i've had this done before or i may have fell for it. Hope i can prevent somebody else from being scammed out of $110 in the future

Receptionist aren't very friendly, borderline rude. Doctor Wilmot was rude, barely listened to me and talked over me before he rushed his diagnosis. Definitely not attentive or thorough. Asked for a referral to get the 5 free physio sessions. That everyone's been telling me about, my (partner included), because I'm a carpet layer and often have a sore back and knees. He refused, said they don't give free physio anymore you have to be deathly ill for 6 months to get it he said. Will not be returning.

Friendly and efficient process. I had my flu shot there and all went well. The nurse could have perhaps communicated why there were sometimes long delays between patients going into the treatment room, but apart from that the whole process was very well managed.

I never usually bother to write reviews, but this place really does deserve one. Beautiful clinic and super friendly receptionist. Dr Barbara was the most caring, patient and knowledgeable doctor I’ve ever visited. Definitely recommend coming here!

Thank you Dr Ray Khoosal for the kindness and selfless care he has provided for me and my family over the years. My experience with the clinic service is that it is friendly, helpful and professional team, including receptionists and nurses.

The reception staff were not the friendliest or very welcoming. They were not however rude.
They all wore their masks under their noses which I did think was pretty brave considering the setting.

The Male doctor I had an appointment with was lovely.
He was kind, thorough and explained things well.
I would definitely use his service again for my medical condition.

I found the doctor to be very attentive, as well as generally caring and competent, he asked alot of questions and even though he bulk billed me he didn't seem to be in a hurry at all, as for the ladies on reception, they too ticked all boxes being thoughtful, intelligent, friendly and keen to help.

Dr wilmott rushed through my appointment hardly listened and talked over me.
When I expressed concern about a medication he prescribed he just said “ that’s it, take it or leave it” when I said I was in pain and needed something for it (paracetamol has little to no effect on me, panadine forte would have been helpful) again, get some panadol, take it or leave it.
Note for next time. Anyone but Dr? Wilmott.

Don't put your opening hours until 6pm when there won't be doctors on until then. Called at 3pm to get a renewal on my Sertraline prescription and was told that my GP has left and that they had no other doctors to authorise the prescription.

On arrival, reception staff insisted that I had made a change of appointment date and time earlier in the afternoon. I did not. Staff won’t qualify *who* had made the change when asked. Had there been an impersonator? Was there insufficient security checks done by staff when the change was made? Was their computer system compromised? Who knows. There was no accountability at all on mistake made, only denial. Sub-par service.

There is an amazing team at Brunswick Betta Health, from the receptionists to all the doctors and nurses at the Clinic. The Clinic is a one stop centre, there are podiatrists, physiotherapists, nurses, doctors which all work together for all their patients and especially for my elderly mum. So thank you.
