Been going to Brunswick Betta Health for a while now and so far it’s been pretty good. Reception staff usually quite quick and efficient. Doctors may be a hit and miss — my husband went to see one of the older GPs and had a terrible experience. On the other hand, Dr Ghassan Markabawi is great and caring despite gruff demeanour, would’ve been happy to keep coming except that he’s not a registered GP for my shared maternity care program. Continued with Dr Naidu who is also great. Unfortunately there’s only one female doctor here so it may be quite difficult for patients wanting to book appointments with female-only doctors.

Waited for two hours for a telehealth appointment, called them 3 times and have been put on hold for 10-15 min every time.

Rudest staff ever, can never get things right, mess up simple tasks such as sending thru prescriptions and mailing invoices!
Have to remind them over and over again but still mucks up!
Don't even try to have a conversation with the receptionists, they'll just put on a sour face and blame everything to the patients

It has always been easy to get an appointment on the day you need one. Have been going here for years

Was going to go here but the review's scared me.
I don't want to be treated rudely by receptionists & rushed by doctors, been there done that.
I trust these reviews.

The doctors at Brunswick Betta Health are very attentive and thorough and give a fair bit of time to each consultation. There is no quick rush to get through the visit. I have been a patient here for longer than 10 years and have had excellent care and attention during that period of time. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone out there. The doctors are first rate as are the nurses who operate a separate department. The receptionists are excellent, friendly, courteous and efficient. I am very satisfied with my clinical experience at Brunswick Betta Health.

In a pinch, Brunswick Betta Health is fine. Good place to get a last minute appointment and medical certificates etc and the like, but the doctors are hit and miss. As far as bulk-billing clinics go, I think it gets a bit of a bad rap.

I have been seeing Dr khoosal for years now, he has exceptional knowledge, and understanding. Highly recommended. The staff are professional and friendly.

I have had two terrible doctors here. My girlfriend even had one doctor try to talk about their mental health in the corridor in front of patients! He then refused to give them a mental health plan. Disrespectful, unprofessional and rude.

The reception staff are confusingly rude and aggressive when you try and book an appointment. Highly recommend going to another bulk billing centre.

I will never go back here! I've had the worst experience with this place on multiple occasions with trying to get an appointment for a mental health care plan. I first booked for telehealth appointment with my regular doctor. On the day I was left waiting for the doctor to call for 20 minutes. I called after 10 minutes and asked what the hold up was and was told my doctor had just opened my file so would call any minute. Another 10 minutes went by and still nothing. I called back and had to cancel the appointment because I had wasted my whole lunch break waiting for the doctor and had to go back to work. I rescheduled for the next day for 12 pm. I waited again the next day for 40 minutes and heard nothing. When i called the doctors clinic to find out what was going on I was hung up on twice. Finally a reception advised me that because I cancelled my appointment to close to the appointment time that the doctor would not do a telelhealth appointment and I had to go into the clinic. I told them that it was an absolute joke. My doctor was 20 minutes late, I had no choice to cancel. She then gave me the option to put a new telehealth appointment with a different doctor at 1.40 pm the same day. The same thing happened again and I never heard from them. This was after I had stressed how important it was that I get this appointment so that I could see a psychologist. Needless to say i never bothered to call back and I've had to find a new clinic. I am absolutely fuming at the service and lack of care. Do not waste your time with this place!

I went to see Dr Saba Movassaghi today.

He was attentive, and quickly and efficiently dealt with my problem.

I think Dr Movassaghi is the best doctor I have seen in Australia. I would recommend him and will certainly book with him again should I ever require a Doctor!

Sitting in the waiting room you can see how much these guys have to put up with, so many panicked and impatient patients. I've been going to them for over a decade and they're honestly so kind and hardworking, and always do their best to find you an appointment quickly

It's already about time at least 2-3 medical clinics around Brunswick should already be shut down and replaced in a compressed area.

Honestly the worst clinic

I have been seeing doctor markabawi, twice now I waited in two radiology clinics for more than for the referrals of an ultrasound to be sent.

Both times, nothing was sent.

On both of occasions I have missed work for the appt.

Really fed up with them atm

Don’t waste your time going here. They have really mean and non caring docs.

I see doctor whiteside. He's knowledgeable, easy to talk to and he is really good at giving injections. As well as many other things I'm sure. Ive seen him ata fewgfew times now to get myDmy provera contraception injection. It's normally a very painful shot. But not with him. I feel that's a real talent as I have been to many god, many nurses and been in total agony from the exact same injection. He also wears funky socks which is kinda fun.

I’ve had a great experience here at Brunswick Betta Health. I just want to say a massive thank you to the understanding receptionists, CARING nurses and knowledgeable and friendly doctors, Dr. Wilmott and Dr. Saba.

Insensitive doctors, rude and abrupt staff.
This is not where you go or call if you in desperate need of medical attention!
